All we are asking is for someone to respond to us. I do not want to complain but it is getting to that point where we need answers now! Our client was ready to launch 3 month ago but we have been waiting for your support which has been very very horrible at responding.

We need someone to take ownership of our ticket and resolve this asap. I am trying to be as nice as I can here but after three months my patience is running out quickly.

Why are we not getting answers to this? Please respond!

hi – I need to manually add users from my old member site to UMP… what is best way? they are already on existing prepaid annual/monthly plans being paypal billed. i cant ask them to cancel & resubscribe. for example is there a way to give them access to paid member level pages & bypass requiring them to pay thru ump since many are already annual prepay… but also still have pay requirement for new users in same level? i will manually disable their access if they unsubscribe their existing paypal subscriptions from old site

What security is there, to prevent password sharing? Have you added maximum IP address feature? Like a user can use maximum X different IP ? otherwise people can still password share; simultaneous-login block only is not enough; it needs to track & limit max total unique IPs like password sentry does.

In order to get the payment method into the New Payment Completed email I had to hire a developer. He also said “I can’t custom plugin in child theme because email function doesn’t allow getting data from the order of Subscription form. Don’t have action or filter to hook”. Which means I have to change 5 files manually every time the plugin is updated. Wouldn’t you think we will want to know the payment method of a new registration? Why isn’t the payment method native to the email? Seems ludicrous.

Where do I find my purchase code. After installing the purchased plugin, it shows up as a trial in my wordpress and says to enter my purchase code.

I am also building in my test site first, should i wait till i move it to the actual url/domain before entering my purchase code and build the membership part of my site. If this is the case, if i set up the membership functions on the temp site with the trial message it’s currently showing, when i migrate to my domain site and enter my purchase code, will all the setup/configuration from the test site transfer over?

My Wordpress site has payments integrated through woocommerce and we use a local pament gateway that provided a readymade plugin to integrate with woocommerce. So far we have appointment bookings, online courses as two products that are running ver well through this woocomerce & pament gateway setup. We have shortlisted your plugin amongst a few more for putting up a membership area also where we will be selling subscriptions bsed blog.

a) wish to learn if your plugin will settle down nicel in this setup where we wil have paments collected through existing payment gateway that is woring nicely through woocommerce.

b) WP Courseware that is used for online courses has a login. Hopefully meberhsip plugin login and wp courseware login will allow respective contents to be available only from their respective logins and no situation will arise that a person logging in through your plugin can see the content behind WP courseware and vice versa

c) We are not using any of the 9 autoresponders you have integrated with, but on a powerful server we have our own SMTP and using PhPMailer to route emails generated by various plugins. Hope yours will work with these and wont necessarily require one of the 9 autoresponder services /plugins you have integrated with?

I have a question before I purchase.

Will this allow me to set up a subscription which restricts access to content in such a way that they only get access to content for the months that they are subscribed?

It may be better if I illustrate this with examples:

User 1 subscribes in February, and stays active through March. They get access to all content published from February to March, but does not get access to January’s content.

User 2 subscribes in June, leaves in July, then comes back in August. They get access to June and August published content, but not July and nothing before June or after August.

Is this doable? No other content-restriction plugin I’ve found can handle this.
