Hi there. I have a client that needs me to do a survey, However it needs really complex calculations. Each question has a score/weigh. So after all the questions have been answered a final score is allocated. Depending on the score, the individual is placed into a category between 1 and 10. I need a plugin that can take this score and place the respondent into a category between 1 and 10, and then calculate the average score for all the respondents, and place the average score into the category between 1 – 10. can this plugin do that?

Yes it’s possible using Score Based Ranking System where you can set ranking[1-10] of the user depending on the score. You can use these ranking for setting up success message, mail messages etc.

Today i created a form, and wanted to add a field so people can subscribe to my newsletters. I am using Mailster(MyMail) on my website, but when I tested it, i also noticed that the email got added directly to the list, and there was no double opt-in. Is there a way how i can enable double opt-in when using eforms?

You can filter form wise submissions through WP Admin > eForm > View All Submissions > Show All Form drop down.
Select your Form from the drop down to filter the submissions.

There seems to be an incompatibility of your plugin with the latest version of Woocommerce which you can see here: https://lornasyson.co.uk/trade-application/ . Bizarrely enough, deactivating woocommerce and then activating it again fixed the issue. Thank you for your fast responses and engagement with this.

Sorry you need to purchase separate license for each single website. If you are going to charge user to use any of the eForm forms, like a paid quiz, then you will need extended license.

We need people to come to our site and request a price estimate for us to ship them barrels.
We need to get 2 pieces of information from the person filling in the form: 1. Where the barrels needs to go 2. How many barrels they want to buy
We will already know where the barrels come from, so via their destination, we’d calculate distance from the provider (which they won’t know) to their provided destination.
The formula is something like: ( distance * 2.5 ) / # barrels
Can your form help us do this? Can we have it where the person filling out the form doesn’t know where the barrels come from, they may just know the picture of the barrel…or the barrel providers name?

This is quite possible if you have pre-defined destinations. You need to enter distance for each destination. Further you can use this distance for calculating the cost.

You need to add predefined locations as a drop down options in the form. Locations in the dropdown will have distance from origination spots which you can use for calculating the cost.

Hi, we would add the address attribute to WooCommerce products. Once a user selects an image of a barrel, that address associated to the barrel would need to be put in a hidden field on the form. The user would then type in their delivery address + count of barrels they want… and we would then have a distance calculation & total cost estimation completed on the form. I would like to add some of the fields I use in the form itself.
For example I use the advanced address field. I would like the customer to see in the user portal what address they entered. Not just what form they filled in, so that they can easily find their filled out forms without having to open everything individually.
For example: headers like: ‘Postalcode,’ ‘Destination’, ‘Date’

The circle or pie chars appear only for Single/Multiple/Dropdown elements. For star rating you can have bar charts. But you can configure star rating to have column or area chart. Pie chart isn’t possible because the value of the star rating is also numeric.

I am glad you sorted out the issue. Admin can view all submission of all the users through admin panel. Please navigate to Admin Panel > Eform > View All Submissions.
