This happens if server unable to process the request. Please check error log by activating debugging through wp-config.php. If its from server side, error log will help you to understand the issue. For more help please raise as issue on support forum.

Hello, after updating my site to PHP 7.2 I can’t submit a form in eForm. The plugin reports a server side error. The problem could be in the mcrypt library that was completely removed in this version. To make the plugin work again, I had to downgrade the PHP. Is there any way to make the plugin work with the latest PHP version? Thanks, Juro

We are releasing version 4.2.0 by the end of next week. It will safely bypass mcrypt for newer entries while falling back to mcrypt for older entries (trackback links). Regardless it will generate new trackback links so once v4.2 is installed you can disable mcrypt altogether if you do not care about old trackback links anymore.

Time column show the time spent while attempting the quiz. You need to enable timer option in Form Builder > Quiz Settings > Quiz Stopwatch. Recorded time will be displayed in the Time column.

1. Yes its possible to manage and see all entries[Submissions] through admin panel.
2. Yes you can generate PDF of the submission and download it from admin panel. You can send PDF as attachment in the notification mail as well.
3. Yes its possible to upload image or other files using upload element.
4. Yes its possible to restrict number of submission for email address/IP address/registered user.

Pre-sales question, does the reporting have info about which page a feedback survey was completed on?
I.e. I create a feedback survey, “asking was this page useful?” With a simple Yes/No option. Assuming I can make this pop up on several different pages, will I be able to look at the responses and know which page they were viewing when they submitted?

Another way is by passing hidden element in the form with prefill type set to Post Meta Based or URL pramater based which will show the source in the submission. Please review following tutorials for more info.

User portal is meant for showing submission by any particular user for reviewing consolidated submissions by himself. Hence its not needed to display name in the columns. You can show the name in welcome message. In admin panel name is shown as all submissions are from different peoples.

In the first paragraph of your reply you say “Everything seems to be possible from your reference form.” but in the second paragraph you say “Sorry but graph isn’t possible at this moment.”.
If you could please go to http://aircentraltexas.org/en/resources/emissionscalculator and type in any numbers till you reach the 3rd step “RESULTS”. It shows some bar graphs with percentage numbers at the top and variable name at the bottom.
1) Are these bar graphs the ones you mentioned in your second paragraph that are not possible?
2) Or are these bar graphs included in your first paragraph reply where you say “Everything seems to be possible from your reference form” and meant other type of graphs in your second paragraph?
If all 4 steps in the referenced form can be accomplished with eForm, that’s all I’d need to know, including the bar graphs in the 3rd step which are calculated with formulas using the first two steps input by users.

This is an issue with missing PHP GD library. Just ask your host to install PHP GD library.

PHP is not able to find the function imageftbbox. See it here http://php.net/manual/en/function.imageftbbox.php This means PHP GD library isn’t installed or freetype library isn’t installed. See if both GD and freetype are installed.

As I have said earlier, this is available with both PHP GD and freetype. You can see in the man page http://php.net/manual/en/function.imageftbbox.php
Note: This function is only available if PHP is compiled with freetype support (—with-freetype-dir=DIR ).
So in conclusion, you do not have freetype installed.
Usually you don’t have to take care of all these if you are using a managed hosting. Just contact your webhosting support and ask them to install freetype for OS and PHP and you are good to go.

Hi there, I purchased a license for e-form quite some time ago (2013). I loaded it to one of my websites and stopped using it for a couple years. Now I’m ready to use the plugin again (on the same domain name, but a newly built website) but I keep getting a notice, “eForm is not activated. To get automatic updates and other features, please activate eForm.”
I’ve activated it on my website several times and it even acknowledges that it’s been activated, then something happens and I get the notice to activate it again, and again and again. I’m not sure what to do but I purchased this and would like to use it again. Purchase Date: 2013-10-28

Seems to be an issue with your google map api key. Please check if you have added valid API key in eForm Settings > Modify Plugin Settings > Google Places API key. Found error in the console [Google Maps API error: MissingKeyMapError]
Some time issue occurs due to multiple API calls, may be from some other plugin or theme if they has map integrated.

Hello, I think there is a problem with toggle option. When I add an element with conditional logic to show when toggle option is checked, it hides and the opposite. It’s like the “initial status” options are misplaced. I used radio options where there is no problem.
