Hello, I am loving this plugin much. One thing I needed but couldn’t find a way to do right now is to be able to set values conditionally. I can hide and show an element with preset values. Is there a way to have just one target element on a form and set its value depending on choices made?
Hello Nice plugin I use eform for quotation requests with “quantities” “sizes” “colors” “options” etc … After submission (in the publishing submission) I would like to add (to the submission) a price with a payment button, and a file download item. In a straight way, Its not possible through trackback page (in the publishing submission) but you can redirect user to another page where you can put price and payment button with download link using another form created through eForm.

Sorry but this is not possible to use email address submitted trough the form for sending admin notification. However you can set email address by comparing office name in Conditional Admin Email. If you are facing issue to setup admin email address here then please raise an issue on support forum with URL. We will check there.

Sorry but we provide support to our direct customers. But from the look of the site, I see very slow processing time and delivery of static content. Even when loading the front page http://laundryclean.in/ it took many seconds (around 21). So this isn’t a plugin issue, rather a server issue. I would recommend upgrading to a better host.

Ours is a form builder plugin and not a messenger plugin. While it should work find with the theme, it won’t make interfaces of messenger apps.

Hello, earlier today a colleague bought and activated the eForm pro plugin for me. I tried to design some quiz forms and try to preview. It takes forever and doesn’t show anything. I tried to preview other forms (which might have come with plugin) and act same way – no displaying preview. Any help is appreciated.
By the way I run WordPress 4.9.4 and PHP 5.6.33. What possible causes are there for a form preview to not actually show the form?

One more question, I have a form that allows .pdf and .xls to be uploaded. The form works fine to upload the files but on all of the review/summary/reports pages and exports the image next to the filename is broken. I see that it works fine for png, jpeg, etc. but it jhust shows a broken link icon for non-image file types. Is there a way to show a default icon or something similar for file types that aren’t images? Thanks!!

Hello, is it possible for me to format the result of a quiz in the Myers-Briggs style? I will have 4 tabs of questionnaires. In the end what I want is to give recommendation based on what the score for each has been. For example, I may decide if the cumulative score of tab 1 is above 5, I assign the Letter ‘T’, otherwise the letter ‘H’. Like wise, I will assign letters for each tab/page. Then based on the combined result, I recommend. For example the four tabs’ letters may combine to be ‘TRAP’. The user does not have to see this but only the final wording of recommendation based on the letter sequence/word I form from the results.

How can I find out why a Stripe payment was submitted, shows up in the Payments list but is also listed as “Unsuccessful”?
I checked the Stripe dashboard and the submission doesn’t appear. It appears on the eForm -> Payments screen with no Transaction ID, under the Gateway column it shows “Direct Payout From Stripe” and under the Status column it shows “Unsuccessful”. As a result the user received a successful confirmation message (via the redirection URL) but the payment didn’t go through and the user is angry. How can I find out why the payment was “Unsuccessful” and how can I prevent redirection in the future in the event that the payment doesn’t go through. Thanks in advance for your help.

1. Under Stripe Dashboard > Events and Logs you can find why the payment didn’t happen.
2. I recommend not redirecting after submission. Rather under eForm Form Builder > Payment > General you have settings to customize the message for successful payment and error payment. You can put HTML over there. So perhaps you can show/link to a page when payment is successful.

Sorry this is not possible directly at this moment. One work around is available, please check if its helpful for you. We have Easy SQL add on which creates separate database table for each form so that you can perform SQL queries directly as required.

But you can not control which table it exports to. One dedicated table will be created by the easySQL plugin.

Hi there. I have a client that needs me to do a survey, However it needs really complex calculations. Each question has a score/weigh. So after all the questions have been answered a final score is allocated. Depending on the score, the individual is placed into a category between 1 and 10. I need a plugin that can take this score and place the respondent into a category between 1 and 10, and then calculate the average score for all the respondents, and place the average score into the category between 1 – 10. can this plugin do that?

Yes it’s possible using Score Based Ranking System where you can set ranking[1-10] of the user depending on the score. You can use these ranking for setting up success message, mail messages etc.
