You Just need to go to the Product Edit Section of nay one Giftcard Product where you’ll find an Email Template Section from where you can choose your desired Email Template, either one or many.

How can I enable “Enable Giftcard Product send on selected date” only on selected gift cards? I will only have a few Gift cards where you can select a date.

Everything is working perfectly except when the order has been completed – the order just sits on my end, not emailed to customer, until i physically click a button to complete the order. how can i have the email automatically sent? i’m not seeing any settings for this anywhere. thanks!

Email will get sent immediately as soon as the order status falls in processing or in completed state

The possibilities are below of not doing so: 1) make sure that you are not paying via testing account / sandbox 2) the date of purchasing must be today/current date (if date has been enabled) Because if you have select the future date then the email will get sent till the date has been reached… We want to tell you one more thing if the date has selected for future then there will be a button of ’’ Send Today ’’ if you click on that the email will get send immediately

I created a support ticket for a PHP syntax error when attempting to activate the plugin -

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[’ in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-ultimate-gift-card/woocommerce-ultimate-gift-card.php on line 637

Is this commonly just a PHP version issue or is there a possibility it’s something else? I’m not sure I can update the PHP version, is why I’m asking. :(

I am very interested in purchasing this plugin but have some questions but your demo has been frustrating to use as I keep getting internal server errors and invalid payments when using a coupon. I would like to see how the QR Code works. - When I scan a certificate in with a QR reader it does nothing. Can you explain to me when the user scans a code in what happens? - Will there be a balance showing etc? Where can I see from the admin side where the balance on the card is? Whenever any customer purchase a giftcard and receives an Email Template(along with qrcode, if enabled) then he/she can scan the code via any qr scanner and it will reflect the code and then he can use that code

1 – Where I can display remaining balance of coupon? (for the Admin and for the Customer) For the Admin:- WooCommerce->Coupon- there is a column of Coupon Amount which will show the Remaining Balance of Gift Coupons.

For Customer:- Whenever a customer used his/her Gift Coupons then an Email Template will be send to the Gift Coupon Receiver, where he will get notify by their Remaining Balance of his/her Coupon Amount

>2 – If the amount used is less than the total coupon there is a Plugin for create or add the credit in the wallet?

As we send the Email for notifying them about the coupon amount, then they can use their remaining amount and hence there is no need for any wallet. we have provided “Disclaimer Text Area” at the bottom of Email Templates from where you can put your additional Information too, like about the usage count. Because About the Amount, Expiry Date and the Coupon Code are in the Top of Email Template.

There are two kind of users one who purchase the Giftcard (The Buyer) for his/her friend or other who receives it (The Recipient). Now comes to your question whenever the order status comes to in “Processing” or in “Completed” the Giftcard will be delivered via an Email to the recipient’s email address (which buyer will provide at the time of purchasing the gift product).

can I import my own codes?

For now we do not have this kind of feature yet, the codes are generated automatically on each purchasing of gift product, but if you clarify your requirement we can do this for you, as we have already provide a filter for custom coupon codes from where you can stop this auto generation and can put your own custom codes

And we already planned for the feature in near about your requirement for next release. Hopefully in a week

For shipping of gift card done by admin, do admin have the functionality where a cost will be automatically added as shipping cost for the user while making payment?

Yes if user select the shipping method then that card will be send to the admin’s email address and that user can also provide the shipping address to the checkout page, now admin can wrap the gift card and send it to the shipping address which has been filled by the buyer.

In this case email will send to administrator email id with PDF functionality. If you enable “Enable Bcc option for Giftcard Mails” setting from “Other Setting” tab then buyer will also get a copy of email.
