You Just need to go to the Product Edit Section of nay one Giftcard Product where you’ll find an Email Template Section from where you can choose your desired Email Template, either one or many.

Though somewhat confusing to understand, most of the functionality works as expected.

The major exception to this is the “schedule later” feature, which is a HUGE one this time of year. In my testing, when I schedule a gift card to go out tomorrow, it actually is sending to my recipients today.

This wasn’t happening earlier in the day, so I assume this must be due to a miscalculation with regard to timezones. Time is set up correctly in WP, so perhaps plugin is using server timezone or just UTC+0 instead?

Either way please fix ASAP (or tell me what I’m doing wrong) because the schedule functionality is useless if they go out a day early :(

It might be you have clicked on “Send Today button” because the Coupon code should not be generated till the date reached.

How do I confirm that an online digital card has been sent? I can see the offline cards, but where would I see the list of online cards? If I needed to resend one?

If you are not getting solution from Our FAQ- then our suggestion for you.

About the confirmation of online gift cards .

First- as soon as the coupon will get generated then the gift card has been sent successfully to the related Customer. You can check the this by visiting that particular order edit page, if you had notice there will be a meta key in blue color having text something like “Gift Coupon” (displaying the related coupon code for particular order)

Now about the Resend At same page there will be a button Resend button at bottom From here you can send your gift card repeatedly

The buyer can also send the gift card again by using a resend button at Thankyou order page.

For now, we do not have this feature for editing the email after any order has been placed but sooner we will provide this feature too. From then onwards, after placement of order Buyer & Merchant would edit the Email also.

Hi, I’ve sent a support request for a couple other issues I’m having, but have another quick question. If you have look at this link; https://cacherscornerstore.com/shop/mwb_wgm_giftcard/christmas-giftcard/ you’ll see I have a single gift card created. I’ve added a few gallery images to the product page (the birthday image, and New Years one)

My question is, is there a way to use these images in the gift card, to basically use this as a template for different holidays, etc?

Actually what happens we displays the product images in our email templates too, but it should be only one product image.

But about the variant gallery images like for new year or Christmas, for now its not possible to get it displayed different product images on different selection

But we have another solution for you,

Please go to the product edit page of gift card and choose multiple email templates for it and one default template. Now any Customer would be able to choose any event related template for him.

For example if you had choosed two different email template for single product then your customers can click any one of them and send it to their recipient email.

>About the Gift card Coupon codes These codes are system generated random numbers which are the combination of numbers and letters.

The system generated the random numbers for Gift Card Coupons only then when there is no imported coupon codes are present in gift card system.

In short there are three possible ways of gift coupon codes 1) you may import your own coupon codes, which will picked up by system one by one 2) you may also import the whole gift card product in bulk along with your own codes 3) if there is no imported Coupons or imported products are there then system will generate the random numbers
