Your supports tells me ‘You’ve reached the maximum open tickets allowed’ – 5 tickets and no more support? Themeforest Evanto tells me I have 6 months more support – so what’s my recourse? Please advise?

To open a new ticket you have to close some of your previous tickets. Those are automatically set as closed after a certain of time or your can inform the support member that the ticket can be closed.

Another bug there
Old users assigned to specific role, when creating a new level and assign it to their roles, they dont move automatically to the level, I should choose them manually one by one, that means I have 3000 + users I have to go and check 3000 users to assign their level, how come they should be moved automatically to the new level
Also another issue, that is not logic
for the page restrictions, if the restricted page is set to block 2 levels , that means that the 2 levels should be assigned to the same user to restrict the content, and if the user assigned to only 1 level it wont be restricted
example:
page A is restricted for users of level 1 and level 2 user B is level 1 : he will see the content user C is level 2: he will see the content User D is level 1 and level 2: so he will not see the content
how come??? it should be assigned for each level separate not together so I can restrict it for user B , User C and user D

how come my account and logout pages appear empty to unregistered page ? it should not appear and automatically redirect the non registered to home page , or any other page . how come someone didnt login to check these two pages?

1) I dont have problems, those are bugs in the plugin and you have to find a solution to fix it.
2) I dont use your support ticket system as it is one of the worst support ever, it takes between 3 to 7 days to reply my tickets,so I will never use this bad service anymore, you just reply here in order not to get bad reviews, and you always delay replying the support tickets.

Actually if I had the chance to refund my money I would have done it after using your bad support system, but unfortunately I bought the plugin long time ago and I didnt use it, and when it came the time to use it , I found that it has a lot of weak points.

Checking your tickets, all those have been submitted and managed into 2016. Absolutely all tickets have a response time less than 24hrs and even less than 12hrs. Also, based on your responses into tickets you’ve been very happy with support services.
Just because you do not want to pay for support it doesn’t mean that is a bad service.
Also, you’ve made an accusation, related to response time, which it clearly shows that is less than 24hrs but you’ve claiming that is 3-7 days. You will have to justify your accusations.

And yes I dont want to pay for bad service, un clear answers, every ticket I open needs to be clarified in a following ticket to ask you for clarification, cause you send short answers, and delay in replying why should I pay you? and more over it is full of bugs!!! who said I was happy with the service dear? saying thank you is a polite way to tell you please take care of your clients. it is better for me to pay for new plugin that serves my requirements better than paying for useless service
and which justification you need? if you are the only one who has the access to my tickets. very dull support system that doesnot give the customer an access to get back to his tickets ? so if I need to review my question I have to resend it again instead of checking it easily . actually your system and you plugin are very complicated and doesnt help customers , the only good thing you have is marketing your plugin and make people believe it is the best plugin but it is not
Like you’ve managed before your tickets it can be checked and managed now. There have been dozens of answers from support team and you. So, you’ve been able to manage your tickets very well.
Also, you’re using this system very well for more than 1 year.
Just because your support service have been expired and you don’t want to renew it doesn’t mean that suddenly the plugin is not good.

For my tickets I used to open it through the links you send on the noreply email, but I dont know how to open it after that, and if there is another way to check it so it is your problem that you are showing it in a user friendly way.
For the plugin I bought it more than one year and I didnot use it yet , till now I am struggling to know how to use it , till this moment I didnot get any use of the plugin and I checked all the documentation but it is not helping at all . your plugin is full of useful features but it is not easy to use , that is what I said. full stop
Instead of going in struggles at least put these points in your consideration , you have a very complicated support system, you reply unclear messages , you always delay your replies, and the documentations are not clear as simple as that.

A. Can specific, categorised content be viewed or hidden from members based upon members opting in/out?
For example, I want members who have selected (opted in) specific categories within their member settings area or signup form to be able to view listings of those categories within the sidebar via some sort of widget?
B. And also, Is there a way for users to view the content within particular categories by setting tags within their member settings area, instead of selecting predetermined options (categories set by admin)?

Categories can be restricted but based on Levels/Subscriptions or User status but not other different options or criteria.

I have now submitted a total of 3 tickets, and have yet to receive a confirmation email. I always check my spam email when submitting trouble tickets, additionally I received your response to my email, so I don’t think there is an issue with my receiving emails. Would be great if you would get this sorted out, as my client is looking to implement the product, but I can’t until my issues are sorted.

It may be probably that your mail service to refuse some emails for certain reasons. We recommend to have a try with another email address from known services to be sure that there are not a such restrictions.

Hi, The mailchimp integration for members/suscribers works when a member is delete? I need to delete the email in the mailchimp list when I delete it in my members dashboard on wp dashboard. It works like that? Or maybe I have to delete from the two lists (wordpress and mailchimp)?

An user can register into your WP wherever you want and to manage Subscriptions from UMP Account Page. UMP is linked with WP Users, so all native fields will be available into UMP system too. Still, other additional custom fields can not be tracked.

All you need to do is to uninstall the plugin from WP Plugins page. Just removing the plugin folder will not remove data from DB.

During the Register and Payment process only one Level can be proceeded on time. Levels are not simple products and the payment process is a different one, not being possible by the payment platforms to sign for more on the same time.

Yes, the username can be automatically set based on the email address when this field is set to not show up into Register form. A password is required or generated but it can not be replaced by another field data.
You can set to lock hole post or only part of the content but still displaying that post into a list.
Yes, there are multiple Notifications available, for users and admin also. A new register notification for both is available.
