Is it possible to change the order?
1. Select product. 2. Finish the purchase 3. Registration
2- When a customer completes a purchase, he is then redirected to a page. Concretely the page of thanks.
Is it possible to create a page of thanks for each product you create or sell?

Pre Sales Question . I want to have a digital magazine subscription setup.
I want users to get access to monthly editions when they subscribe.
I want users to get access to magazines published after their subscription date and not have access to items published before they subscribed , but I want old users to still have access to old magazines.

If the user’s payment fails on Paypal or is cancelled, it goes back to the register page, which is blank because the user is now logged in, but they don’t then know where to go? How do we get around this?

So why is it that when I disable your plugin I can get back into WP-Admin?
Hi,
Accessing the WP Admin and getting locked out are different approach. By default, being a Membership system, the access into WP Admin is allowed only for Admin users by UMP. You can change that and add other WP Roles from General Options->Access section. So, be sure that your user is an Admin and not other WP Role first of all.

The user account is an admin account and can access the admin area but randomly gets locked out. Try to login wp-admin, goes to login page, this happens randomly and only way to fix it is to disabled your plugin through FTP, enter the admin panel and re-enable your plugin through FTP. This works for a couple of hours but then I get locked out again and the problem is through your plugin.

On this case, it is not a problem of the UMP system ‘cause UMP do not logged out users but only do not let you login into WP Admin if the WP Role is not set to access this section.

I have set the level membership to be a ‘date range’. However, when a user sign up, on their user page the’ expire time’ reads 0000-00-00 00:00:00

Hello. I would like to move away from my current membership plugin.
My members are already on levels, and have end of membership dates.
wp_usermeta has many rows of s2member data:
Each user has many rows of metadata including: s2member_level# (1-4) s2_auto_eot_time (end of membership date).
Do you think I can somehow migrate this data to your system?
Where are the levels and membership date kept in mySQL?

UMP system manage and store Levels assignations into separate Tables and some date into usermeta. Still, such Subscriptions can not be migrated so easily ‘cause the charge is proceeded by the payment platform which can not be migrated or altered at all. The best way to be set new subscriptions.

What kind of register user have you used for testing? The Admin? An Admin have full privileges and not restrictions are applied, so is normal to see even the restricted content.

The custom fields from UMP system can be managed only inside the system, not by other forms. What user submit on those fields, can be listed anywhere instead.

Emails and details are managed into UMP by the own Notifications module, not by an external email service. Mailchimp and others are used for OptIn module.

Notifications module manage and send emails to users/admin on certain situations or actions (like new registered user, payment confirmation, etc). OptIn module let you store the new subscribers into external email marketing list for further use.
