Can you integrate AfterShip Tracking?
AfterShip has almost all the Courier Companies, So same as Fedex we can update Aftership Tracking URL.
on Click User can check the status using AfterShip Website Tracking Feature. Positive Side is no need to search for Courier Company Tracking URL, They can just click on Tracking and They will be redirected to particular tracking page using AfterShip
Would love to see this and Tracking will be perfect then

We are using WooCommerce Pretty EMail but with your custom Order Status, it is not using that Template. For Normal Status it is showing Template we made using Pretty Email.
We are also using Advance Review Remainder and it is also using that template.
Kindly guide how to make your custom status use PRetty EMail Templates.
EDIT: This Custom Status are not getting added to WooCommerce EMail Notifications as well, Like New Order, Failer Order etc…

Looks very useful. However i need you to tell me more. How do these Order Status update. Do i do it manually as shop owner or can i make them automatic where they change status after set period of time. Let me know how it works.
This is pretty important because on stores that sell alot of products like 5-10 a day. the shop owner can’t be bothered to changed and update order status on every order that would be way too much work.
Basically can this plugin be somehow automated for me? do you have any advice on how i could do it by modding the code a bit. Also i can also give you suggestions if you’d like. i think this is a great plugin but if it’s manual then i dont think it’ll be too much of value to people because it’s surprisingly alot of work to do these things manually. however i understand tracking id information from 3rd part is difficult. that’s why i suggested the time based changes to order status because most shops should have product shipped in 5-6 days for apparel. and time based options for admins would be excellent substitute unless you have a better way, which you probably do because you are making some really cool plugins here.

As in woocommerce when an order is placed you have to change the order status manually right, so similarly like this if you make any custom order status with the help of our plugin you need to change it manually, but if you are using a third party integration then there is no need to change the order status manually because the status will change automatically by the shipping services company.
Currently we are not getting the right event on which we can trigger the function that change your order status automatically, if you are using any ship-station or ship work extension that manage your whole order and change your order status accordingly the our extension will work, other wise if you have any suggestion then please let us know we always welcome suggestions and new ideas.

Alright well that’s okay. Thank you for the response on my questions. I’ll probably have to custom build my own tracking system that’s time-based. Though it won’t be pin-point accurate, it does help a ton with increasing conversion for customers and reducing Cancel/Refund requests from the customer. Please consider adding it if you don’t mind, i think it gives good flexibility to your clients. Anyways, keep making great plugins like these their really useful and what’s useful to people will make you sales for sure
I bought this one to because the 3rd part plugin im using does auto update shipping so that’s great news. But hey i wasn’t able to use it for some reason when i activate this plugin my Font Awesome icons break all of them on the site unfortunately. here’s a screenshot to show you what it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/gehAq

Why i can’t add special characters to custom order status!!!Mysite is in french and we use the following characters “é, è, à, ô, û, ’, ...” is there any solution to solve this problem!!

For wooocommerce we have provided functionality to create custom order statuses. When we create any custom order status woocommerce make key of that status by appending ‘wc-’ just before that status name, and when we allowed special characters it will show on order edit page in status dropdown but from our plugin when we select the custom order status from dropdown woocommerce remove those orders. So it is not allowed by woocommerce by default. If we add special characters in between name of order statuses it will throw error.
But no problem we have noted down your issue and will definitely provide you solution for this.

If you want to update the tracking number for the particular order, you have to update the tracking number from the order edit page.when you update the tracking number mail will not send to the client, because the mail is already sent it to the customer. if you want this functionality we have to modify the code.

Please include BlueDart, DTDC this are famous and widely used but can you please integrate AfterShip Tracking till the time you support many couriers.
Our main goal is to provide Tracking Details on mail as soon as we enter the info in on Order Page.
So allow us to update Order Tracking info on Order Page and Trigger a mail to customer and AfterShip will be the best option
with Tracking info.
