Hello – We have purchased Bookly, Bookly Recurring and Bookly locations – I need to remove a the “Appointments Heading” and Button when using the shortcode. Where do I do this – Do you have css code that I can use to do this? Thanks

If you are referring to the booking form to start from the second step like in this demo: http://consultant-demo.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo/, then you’ll need to update the shortcode of the booking form and set a default service, then hide all fields.

Please check this guide for more details: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212800185-Publish-Booking-Form. As you want to hide the first step of the booking form you need to choose a service and click all checkboxes to hide all fields.

Hi there, I’m looking to setup a gym/fitness page. Would your plugin support the booking of a weekly spin class? The class would be limited to say 12 people. Do you have any demos of similar systems as above?

Currently, package and session creation is not supported. You could create a service with a capacity for 12 customers, and they will be able to book it individually.

You’ll need the separate license for every new domain where Bookly is used. If your websites are under the same domain, there is no need to have the separate license.

I cannot save the verification code in the Bookly-Admin. After the entry comes the error message:

Temporarily, Purchase code verification isn’t available. Please try it later once again.

But this error message is comes since the purchase several days ago?

Hi, first of all this is by far the best appointment booking plugin available! But I miss one specific thing: I need to block specific users from booking! Some just don’t show up and I want to put them on something like a blacklist. Is that possible? Additionally it should even be shown if we book an appointment manually for such a customer (with something like a tag or whatever). That would be a fantastic feature! Go on with your great work. Hey is it possible to show a select your preferred time zone drop down to visitors so they could select any timezone according to their needs. Right now it automatically chooses timezone of browser. i want it to be selected by visitor them selfs

Currently, this feature is not supported. In case this setting is enabled “Display available time slots in client’s time zone” then the time slots will converted to customer’s time zone.

That phone number can’t be changed, though you can change the country in the settings -> customers tab, that will update the phone number.
