Hi Nice Work and i interested to purchase this system.i like the detailed report system and the admission details,before that i have some more doubts. 1.User Permission option is available or not. 2.In teacher account why the fee collected report are displayed there is no difference between admin and teacher. 3.Internal messaging system is available for all account ? 4.certificate options like Bonafide,Transfer certificate,etc are generated and downloaded from the student account is better one. 5.theme color of the dashboard panel is changeable r not. 6.is there is a report for income and expense is good. 7.in the admin fees collection menu and in the Report Menu fees collection menu is same try to change it as day wise report on any one. 8.is it possible to integrate some other payment gateway apart from paypal. 9.sms intergration for sending notifications,progress report,circular,and student present and absent activies for parents ?
Following are the answers or your queries -
1. There is different 6 roles (ver. 2.0) Admin, Teacher, Accountant, Librarian, Student and Parent to make it simple we didn’t integrated RBAC for users permission.
2. Since Ver. 2.0 we have separated fees related features from teacher panel to accountant panel.
3. You can use Notice Board feature to send notices. But 2-way messaging will be add in coming updates.
4. Generating Bonafide,Transfer certificate,etc features will be add in coming updates.
5. No currently theme color of dashboard can nt be change from admin panel to change it you have to edit css files.
6. Yes there is transaction report which shows your Income and Expenses.
7. Soon we will work on whole report module then you will get more business intelligence reports.
8. Yes you can integrate any payment gateway easily, we have used omnipay to integrate paypal which also supports many other payment gateways. Even we will add some Indian payment gateways like CCAvenue, PayU etc. too in coming updates.
9. Currently SMS notification send to parents on two events Student admission and Fees payment.

Sir there is a error encountered in the expenses search
We have checked in demo everything is working fine. If you still getting error please email us at support@qdocs.in with screenshot so we can check it. Please note that demo environment is just for testing purpose to demonstrate features of application in demo there is lot of persons logged in around the world with same username/password and they can do whatever they want to test but sometimes it makes conflict and become reason for errors/issue. Don’t worry for application we are regular updating it and fix if there is any issue or bug noticed. With purchase your will get free lifetime update too.Thanks.
Can I set different user levels?
Thanks for purchasing Smart School. For simplicity we didn’t added RBAC in Smart School so you can’t set different user levels, We have provided 4 users role/panel Admin, Teacher, Student and Parent. Two more user role/panel Accountant and Librarian will be added in coming update.

I think you are asking for partial payment. Currently partial fees payment is not supported in Smart School. In June update there is major change in Fees module in this you will get partial fees payment and more features added in Fees module.

For adding UHF RFID Reader you have integrate it separately as per device documentations. In coming version update we will add facility to add attendance through csv import then you can add attendance by importing csv file comes from RFID Reader.
In Regular License Smart School can be use by only one customer for one institution but you can customize it as per your need since you get complete source code. If you want to sell it another another multiple persons or want to use multiple copies then you have to purchase Extended License. Please check the license details.

Thanks for your interest in Smart School. Yes Smart School supports any http based sms api which is know as custom sms in sms configuration. But for this your have to adjust parameters and url format in sms library in source code which require some php skills. Currently sms reporting takes place at two events 1. At time of student admission 2. At time of fees submission/collection to student’s guardian no. In future updates we will add some more Indian SMS and Payment gateways and more events for sms reporting.

If you want them immediate use then you have to integrate them at your side as customization work. 2. We have connected library module to students and teachers in coming update and later updates hostel and transportation modules will also get connected with students.
In future uodate by uodate you will get more modules and feature enhancements.

please there is a serious observation, you did not add a provision to make a student or parent inactive(that is not being able to log in) if you do not want them to access their account for any reasons

Thanks for your interest in Smart School. To installing Smart School, Your web server must be running PHP 5.3.1 or higher, and Mysql 5 or higher. We have tested it with Windows, Mac and Linux. Below are a list of items you should ensure your host can comply with.
1. PHP 5.3+
2. MYSQL 5.1+
3. mod_rewrite Apache
4. Mcrypt Extension
5. MBString Extension
6. MYSQLi Extension
7. Zip Extension
8. CURL Extension (recommended)
In most hosting accounts, these extensions are enabled by default. So you don’t have to worry too much about server requirements. If thee is any issue during installation we will handle it in our support.

Which os, browser version you are using, we think its mime issue for particular browser version. We have to check that particular version.
Is there a way to create exams or is the exam module mainly to register offline work?
Thanks for your interest in Smart School. Sorry but we didn’t understand what you are asking exactly. Are you asking for online exams? Smart School does not have online exams module, it has examination module in which you can add exams and enter your marks of student for the manually taken exams in class rooms and prepare their results. If you still have any doubts using Smart School feel free to ask.
