For a hairdesser, barber and any other service-provider with a broad selection of combining services, it is of utmost importance to offer the customer the option to book multiple services in one specific booking (for example cutting, washing coloring hair) etc.

Your plugin is fantastic with lots of intelligent functions (I like the time-buffer for each service!) but the above mentioned feature is somehow missing. It is offered via activating woocommerce… I know… but I spoke with some potential customers of yours who didn´t buy the plugin, because of the description they were not aware of this tweak.

Maybe you can clearify this or take the full support of multiple services into consideration for future updates :-)

Currently you can book more time slots in the same booking session only with the built-in cart, by adding more appointments to the cart before proceeding to the payment step.

Another last question: Do you plan to integrate an option, that like on a vendor-market – different companies can each get a single account with admin rights for bookly and manage their own offers and bookings -independently of the other companies? Is this somehow possible already?

Hi,

I have some questions, previously i have installed Bookly Lite, I have created some services but when i look at the booking page, the service sequence was not as per my arrangement in the backend.

Then i bought the regular license for USD59.00

after installing and deleted my Lite version, i cant add other service. i tried to add padding time, but every time i save the setting, the setting will return to OFF after i click other tabs. i try to delete all service i have created during Lite version. clear everything and make a fresh list of services, but i cant add anything.

when i click the “Add Service” button, the system just show the no entry icon for some second and nothing happen.

I have Bookly and Google Calendar 2 way sync implemented.

When I place a test appointment all is good and info is transferred to Google Calendar which is awesome.

Then if I add a slot on my gcal, “lunch” @ 12-1pm then refresh my Bookly cal, I am still able to select 12-1pm appointment.

I have confirmed 2way sync in settings.

All setup instructions have been followed and Bookly is sending Appts. to GCal, but not the reverse (blocking appt. times on bookly).

Any Pointers?

I was wondering what plugin in do you use to create users that only have access to bookly as admin, but that does not have access to anything else on the backend. Similar to the way you created your demo backend.

Is this plugin have Frontend manager (report, create coupon, create new booking, checking manager…) for partner? OR Must give partner access admin page?

Hello again. Last time you did not believe me when I said Bookly keeps loading and my Staff info keeps being deleted. I don’t know why, but after some time it fixed itself. Now its happening again. Please help. How do I keep Bookly from rebooting and NOT WORKING time and time again? I think Bookly looks beautiful and in theory should be a great product. That is just not what I am getting, sadly.

How do you want to receive assistance if you didn’t even give a chance to provide it for you? Besides that you mentioned in the previous conversations that you don’t intend to use Bookly, why would you need help if you don’t use the plugin?

I just updated the Bookly plugin to the latest version, and for Google Calendars, entered the new redirect URI as recommended, but my staff calendars are not pulling in/syncing both ways – they are not pulling appointments back from the staff’s Google Calendars, so these slots are now showing “available” on their website. I verified that 2-way sync is enabled. Please advise.

Note to this – the appointments/time slots in the staff calendar were created prior to installing this plugin – but my client needs these to be blocked on the Bookly calendar without having to go in and re-enter each one. Is this possible? What settings should the staff have on an individual appointment in their Google Calendar so that it blocks off the time slot in the Bookly calendar?

Please make sure that disconnected than connected back all staff members. The appointments from Bookly will be blocked because there are already created in Bookly.

I need a solution for my wordpress bookly. After satisfying the condition order limit ,and then execute Padding time.

for example I have 3 order on 14:00 then I can Padding time for one hour.

In the current version if I setting the Padding time, will ignore the order restrictions, even if only one order. padding time was be setup.

So, How can I do to fix this problem? or can I add if circle on php for where?

This is the way our plugin works. If you need to make breaks in the whole schedule – you should edit the Staff Member’s Schedule. Ans in case with Padding Time – it counts that for the future possible appointments as well. If there would be a booking at 13:00, it would end at 14:00. Although because the plugin also has the parameter Padding Before enabled, it doesn’t allow that as there is 1 hour timeframe necessary before and after each appointment that might be booked. So you might set the padding time for either before or after the appointment only, or make both of those timeframes smaller. Hi, I’ve been having some trouble with our Bookly plugin since migrating servers to a self hosted Linux server (that my client owns) from our MediaTemple testing gridserver. Before we migrated, email notifications were working flawlessly, the plugin is so awesome, but since migrating, no notifications are being sent at all. I’ve gone through trying to change the type to text, made sure the combined settings in cart are enabled, and when I test email notifications it says “sent successfully” but I never get an email.

In case with email notifications I would recommend to try testing this feature with following parameters adjusted one-by-one:
- change address in “Sender Email” parameter in Email Notifications tab to an address of another email service provider.
- disable the feature “Reply Directly to Customers”
- make sure that proper email notification templates are enabled as they are set separately for pending and approved bookings.

Hi there

I installed the Bookly Lite booking system and it worked very well. I used Category as a location which was ok but I could see that the Loc ation module would work better. I purchased Bookly and the Location module and installed them. I uninstalled the Lite version as I did not need the data and would build fresh.

However, when I try to add a location I get the following error message: DataTables warning: table id=bookly-tbs – Requested unknown parameter ‘position’ for row 0, column 0.

I also am unable to add a service against a category. When I select add service, I see the timer circle and then nothing happens.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

As an update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and now it seems to be working correctly.

One last question. I believed that the Location module would allow me to set different days for different locations and different services for different locations. How am I able to do this?

Or do I need to have two instances of Bookly installed, one for each location?

My requirement is we want to open a clinic at the Shard in London which runs on Thursdays and Fridays. I want to run a clinic in Chelmsford and I want it to run on Mondays.

I may open other clinics and I would like to have different staff and different price services dependent upon the location.

Thank you for purchasing Bookly and being proactive in the search for solutions.

It is not possible to assign certain schedule to each Location. Only staff member’s schedule can affect their services’ availability. Navigate to the //Staff Members/Schedule tab to set necessary hours for days of the week. There is also the Days Off tab to disable certain days of the year. Please, note that //Settings/Business Hours page settings work as a template for newly created staff members. So you might set those settings as well, but only staff members schedules affect timeframe available for booking.
