The currency symbol (eg. $) is showing in the rear, eg. 20.00 $. How do we change it to show in the front before the sum, eg. $20.00? We can’t find the setting to change this.

Hi, I selected SGD, which in real life, $ symbol should appear in front rather than rear. Selected USD which symbol indeed showed in the front rather than rear. By selecting USD, if payment is activated, will the user need to pay in USD? Thanks.

Hi there,

I am loving the Bookly plug in so far. I did run into a couple of snags that I need help with.

1. I have added custom fields to the form (i.e. Client address and Makeup Style requested) but I am unable to get that added to the e-mail notification that goes to the staff member. How do I create a tag so that can be included in the notification?

2. After I reassign an appointment from one staff member to another, the client information (appointment details) are no longer available for me to view. It will only show some of the information in calendar view but not when clicked on.

Hello, I need a travel booking plugin for my website, in order to let guest book for travel place. I saw your booking plugin. The payment process, the email and SMS notifications are the features I need for a booking plugin. But the problem is that your plugin is mostly an event booking and not for tour and travel. There’s no place to add picture or google map for places. Can you fix this and sell this version to me? thanks

That is a custom dynamic information that is being taken from the appointment details and its not usually being translated. You might try using PoEdit to translate certain strings.

is it possible to modify the “service” section to have just “Category, Service and Employee” and go directly to the “time” section without setting the aviability?

Hello, pre-purchase question:

Is it possible to set this time formats with your plugin example :

Service 1 – hourly intervals go every 30 mins 10:30-11:00 11:00-11:30 11:30-12:00

Service 2 -intervals every 20 mins 10:20-10:40 10:40-11:00

et etc.

Currently this is not supported, the time slot length is a global setting so it will affect all services.

I have make many test, but it does’nt work. I have to create a wordpress user and a customer bookly … not practical. I would create a bookly customer and it generates a wordpress user. Thanks

Wordpress account for customers is being created once they book at least one timeslot. Please, try to use a new email address for testing and don’t forget to log out from your own WP account. Let us know at support@ladela.com if it still doesn’t work. Include the FTP and WP backend access credentials and our developers will look into this.

In this case I would recommend to try testing this feature with following parameters adjusted: Try to disable the feature “Reply Directly to Customers” and make sure that you have the default appointment status set to “Active”. Check if proper email notification templates are enabled as they are set separately for pending and approved bookings.

I received some errors after submitting my payment through paypal sandbox, and being redirected to the website. Below is the error:

The Paypal transaction seems to have processed after I created a completely new sandbox merchant. But after payment from Paypal I was directed to the course page so there was not ‘Order is Successful’ message to confirm the sale? I did receive the email confirmation and the appointment is confirmed in the Plugin but I need the page after the successful Paypal transaction to go to the Order Sucessful page? Please advise urgently I need to launch this site asap

When the Cart is activated, the client can Book More services. That’s great but the Book More button goes back to the “Service” step and requires the client to re-specify all of the criteria. This can be inconvenient when the client wants to book 4 or 5 sessions of the same service. I tried using the Back button which works fine but instead of “adding” an appointment to my cart, it replaces it. Is there some way to change this so that I could click Book More and go back to the “Time” step instead of the “Service” step? It would look like using the “Back” button but instead of “replacing” it would “add” the next selection.

This behavior is not possible to implement unfortunately, as Bookly was designed for the most common cases when users need to order different services for different times. Thats the reason why it wants user to select the service once again.

During the Google Calendar synchronisation, the service description in my calendar shows a list of all of the bookings’ client details (name, email, phone) who have booked the same service (I have a capacity of 12 on each service). But it does not show the NUMBER_OF_PERSONS. So when I look at the Google Calendar I cannot tell how many persons have been booked. Can this be changed?

I’ve been running tests by creating bookings on my website. The last booking I made was for 2 persons buying 1 service and I assigned a unique name (not previously used for any of my other test bookings) but the email address was the same as I had used before. Now when I look at my Appointments, the unique name I used has replaced all of the names of my previous test bookings. This only affected the test bookings with the same email address.

I have not turned on Wordpress users and the email address I am using is not an existing Wordpress user. Is this a known feature or is this a bug?

The [[CART_INFO]] variable does not include the [[NUMBER_OF_PERSONS]]. This means the “Combined” email sent to a client does not contain this important information.

Is there some way to add the [[NUMBER_OF_PERSONS]] as a column to the “Combined” email.

PS. It has to be shown for each service as it might be different on each one.

Hi,

I have some problem/bug with a WPML multilanguage site. The main domain is https://thermalbeerspa.com, and the other lang like folders: https://thermalbeerspa.com/hu I’ve use WooCommerce with Braintree. The .com site works well, but on the hungarian lang the booking process made error on Payment / Cart: “Your cart is empty”.
