Hi,

I have some problem/bug with a WPML multilanguage site. The main domain is https://thermalbeerspa.com, and the other lang like folders: https://thermalbeerspa.com/hu I’ve use WooCommerce with Braintree. The .com site works well, but on the hungarian lang the booking process made error on Payment / Cart: “Your cart is empty”.

Please help to fix this bug/error!

Everything works well on .com site – the setting are the same! So, the price added to the product, but nothing changes.

Hi, You can assign each of bookly services to a WooCommerce product? as I read in the documentation only WooCommerce works as payment gateway, rather than manage products as booking..

Hi,

All services will be assigned to one product, the product that will be set in settings. Though think of this product just as a bridge between Bookly and WooCommerce. When you’ll book an appointment you’ll still book the services from Bookly(and not the product from WooCommerce).

Hi there! We have variable length services (usually between 1 – 3 hours, but sometimes up to a full day). Is it possible to have a client select session duration during their checkout?

I bought Bookly a few months ago and cannot for the life of me figure out how I can get email notifications when someone schedules an appointment. The client gets an appointment confirmation email but I do not. I have missed several appointments because of it and have changed my configurations several times to fix it.

When customer makes a booking, the appt shows up twice in the appts listing and 2 emails are sent to the staff member. This recently started happening without any changes to bookly settings. Is this a bug in a recent update?

That’s strange, could you please check if you have any caching plugins. In case you do, I advise to disable and perform a test.

Hello. I have Bookly set up to send booking confirmations and announcements at the time of booking to the client and staff member. These are not being sent. I’ve checked that the staff member info is correct on the profile. I’ve also checked the auto-trash and the message is not there.

Hi There, just came back to say great plugin, can you consider to add these options in your future release.
  1. Booking reference number.
  2. Able to book for number of days, so this can also be used for Car bookings etc.
  3. Date fields in custom fields.

Currently there is no validation on the phone number for a customer. I can enter 3 or 4 numbers and the form and appointment still go through.

Is this normal? Will you be adding validation in the future or do you have any reference for how to integrate validation with your plugin?

My question was whether or not it only accepts numbers but my concern that it will accept ONLY 3 or 4 numbers and not a full phone number.

I have disabled all pricing, but the “Details” page still shows “The price for the service is $0.00” Is it possible to hide or disable that line? I found an older response in the Comments but it might have been for an older version since it did not work for me. Thanks.

Hi, does Bookly allow for appointments to be set up as 2-hour windows (i.e. 8-10am, 10am-12pm, etc)? Also, can we set limits to the number of appointments that can be made per appointment window?

Yes, Bookly allows services durations up to one day.
You can control the number of people who is invited. Change the Capacity parameter in Service Settings please.

Hi there, I’ve just installed the plugin and so far it is very good. I have it in testing at the moment and want to know is it possible for the “Note” that someone adds in the booking form to be included in the email that is sent to the staff member. There doesn’t appear to be a short code to include this part of information in the email that is sent.

I know it can be viewed on calendar but would be useful for them to see the note within the email to avoid extra checks.

Notes is a field that was created in the Custom Fields section and you need to use [[CUSTOM_FIELDS]] or [[CUSTOM_FIELDS_2C]] codes in staff member’s email notification template.

I am shocked… Your plugin works fine 6 days but not on Monday. I have set time schedule from 10.00 PM to 5.30 PM, Time slot length is 30 min. I have got my expected result on everydays without Monday.
