Hi we are getting the following error message on our checkout

Error: Unable to complete your transaction with square due to some issue

and the following error in the FAILED order:

Array ( [0] => stdClass Object ( [category] => INVALID_REQUEST_ERROR [code] => MISSING_REQUIRED_PARAMETER [detail] => Missing required parameter. [field] => card_nonce ) ) Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

We have also the following error on another order:

Array ( [0] => stdClass Object ( [category] => INVALID_REQUEST_ERROR [code] => INVALID_VALUE [detail] => The charge amount does not match the order total. [field] => amount_money.amount ) ) Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

Before purchasing the product, I would like to know if it’s possibile to have bi-directionnal sync between Square and WooCommerce orders?

For example : A purchase is completed on WooCommerce, it sends the transaction info to Square, then a little bit later, a purchase is completed via Square, then it will create a new order in WooCommerce.

Can you confirm that this is possible please?

It is possible to Sync Orders from Square to WooCommerce through “WooSquare Pro” and to sync Orders from WooCommerce to Square you need another Add-on “WooCommerce to Square Order Sync”

I have :

1. All of My Products in Square (1050) 2. Only A Selected Amount of Products in My WooCommerce (500)

I have made each product (On Square and Woo) have exactly same SKU ….. that I want to match.

Now all I want to do is sync inventory so when I sell one at either my physical store or my website, it syncs between both.

Will this do that?

So, to be clear, I just want to update inventory counts. Which is correct in Square but not WooCommerce and then sync from there.

I’ve tried “Square for WooCommerce” plugin first and I’ve got a similar error in that. So I’ve decided to go with this Pro plugin. But, I’m seeing there are many errors reported by the WooSquare Pro plugin users as well.

So I need to make sure that those all error is resolved by you guys? before purchasing.

Can you please confirm that.

Something is not right. I synced Square to WooComm, in square a bunch of products were duplicated and categories removed. Now square is a mess. If i update stock in Square, nothing on the woocom store is being updated. Also I have items I sell instore that are in square that I do not want on the website, no way to turn them offf….This has literally been a nightmare and created me hour and hours of work now fixing my square inventory that is a mess. Don’t even want to look at the website stock right now, ive just taken it offline instead.

Sorry after the massive issues that it caused we will not be using your plugin. No way, no how. It took over 8 hours to undo the issues that it caused inside of square. Your documentation is repetitive and not supportive and does not provide any insight to the limitations for syncing. I feel mislead and let down. Will be requesting a refund because of the sever lack of documentation.

Since recent update to latest Woo Commerce version, Woo Square Pro is not syncing properly. I’m back to having multiple of the same item in my square account. I am woo commerce based and sync my woo to square account.

When I try to update inventory on Woo Commerce I am getting the following error: ArgumentCountError thrown Too few arguments to function Square::__construct(), 2 passed in /homepages/10/d700565090/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS3/wp-content/plugins/woosquare-pro/_inc/WooToSquareSynchronizer.class.php on line 535 and exactly 3 expected

Something is very wrong. Not sure if I want to continue with this plugin and pay for support again. Maybe, I’ll just switch to the free woo commerce square app. Is there an update coming up?

Question: Does this allow us to see on the Square side the name of the customer and the name of the product purchased in woocommerce?

What does this mean…IMPORTANT NOTE: This Plugin is not compatible with more than 900+ items in Square, also Square card payment API support is currently available in US, Canada, UK, Australia and Japan only.

Hi, i have a pre-sale question. I test your free plugin, to see if its work with the thing i need, and i have a question.

When I export the products from Woo to Square, I had a problem.

On my page I have several categories and subcategories.

Some of the subcategories have the same name, so when they arrive at Square the many products have the same category but in reality they are of different category.

Sorry I do not know if it was understood. I give you an example.

I have Category A and Category B, each of them has 3 subcategories Subcategory AA Subcategory AB Subcategory AC

Subcategory AB Subcategory BB Subcategory BC

Then all the products that are in the AB Subcategory of both categories are imported as the AB Subcategory category

The question is if there is no way that when creating the categories in Square, if some articles have several categories, complete export them.
