Hello, I purchased woosquare pro two days ago to integrate my woocommerce wordpress site with square. I have followed all the instructions and did everything to sync with the square. But i am having problem in payment integration.

In the backend of wocomerce i can not enable square payment. As it is not showing. I can not see it in checkout page in wo-commerce or in payment settings. Can you please help me in this?

I would like to buy this plugin, but judging by the non-pro version, it just doesnt seem to work for me. Whenever I input my access token into the interface, i get back an error which states: “Square Account Not Authorized”. I have followed the instructions on your website and from the videos (Although, your plugin doesnt ask for the “Application ID” like your video suggests). But nothing seems to work. I just cannot get the plugin to authorize my square account. Any suggestions… If we can make this work, I would be more than happy to buy this pro version.

My square payment box is not displaying. Is this because I do not have the checkout page on a ssl? I have one purchased but I’m testing the website on a different live domain without an ssl. i have it enabled under the setting section. Thanks

I accidently bought the woosquare payment plugin, but what I wanted was this one. I was wondering if I could get a refund on the woosquare payment plugin, and instead opt to buy this. I have used the free version of this plugin, and realize that this was what i needed all along, but i need to test payments now, and woosquare payments doesnt seem to work in sandbox mode (credit card fields seem to be disabled?) and I need to autosyncronize the inventory as well. Please let me know

Here are answers to your queries;

1. I admittedly, bought a test item that I only placed in the woocommerce shop to test out the squareup payment. Could it be…..

Ans : All is going to be like that.

2. Also, as an additional note, When the transaction bounces back to woocommerce, it says its “by squareuser” but the total is set to $0….

Ans : Actually here the product in square should be synced in WooCommerce as well to get the price there. Because square API just sends the product sync ID and we get the price from the product in WooCommerce with that sync ID. So if in case we dont have the same product in WooCommerce we’ll have $0 price.

So your telling me that all the orders will look like that in square regardless of whether its synced or not?

I just purchased the product and setup the sandbox version for payments but when I checkout, I just get an error with the loading spinner and it takes me back to the checkout page
