I wasn’t able to find any preview of what Attribute Synchronization from Square to WooCommerce with Variable Products will look like on the front end. I want to make sure if we use color and size, that there will be to separate drop down boxes for users to click. The woocommerce plugin does not support this, so it would be a major selling point for you, you may consider showing this feature off better. Can you confirm that there will be two separate dropdown sections?

yes sure obviously when seperate drop downs appear in backend for each variation in single edit product page as demonstrate in the video woocommerce displays the same set of drop down in front end as well.
I’m not seeing any automatic updating from woocommerce to square on the inventory side. An online purchase is not updating the square inventory at all.

You just need to do some settings and you are good to go;

Note: Your products will be synced from WooCommerce to Square on the basis of selected interval

we need the sync to happen both ways.. if someone buys on square updates woocommerce, if they buy on woocommerce updates square.. if this doesn’t work then we’ll request a refund.
WooSquare pro does the same thing. When someone buys in WooCommerce inventory is synced with Square and vice versa.
The option to select between WooCommerce to Square and square to woocommerce only syncs the description, new products and products updates according to selected pattern on auto basis.
I am having an issue where every time I sync my orders from woo to square, certain items are .01 cent off. example: item costs 19.99 but square says 19.98

With the 17 November 17 update can no longer process refunds. Charges worked correctly for this order BUT refund for this same order (and version) return the message: An error occurred while attempting to create the refund using the payment gateway API.

I am getting this error: “No Categories found to synchronize” while i can see categories in both Woo and Square.
Only simple products are being sync, error on all variable products.

New to Square – setting up for client. Do I understand that this is basically the same as the one Woo sells? And it says a one time fee rather than annual. Do you allow updates for that one time fee or will it eventually degrade and no longer work because it hasn’t been keeping up with WC updates?
I’ve installed the free one and integrated it with the API but I do not see Square as an option for payment in my cart. Should I or am I misunderstanding how this would work? I’m sorry but I’m quite confused. In the past I’ve setup WC with PP and it was simple. This seems very confusing to me. I hope you can straighten me out. 1. Actually, our version is better as we have better support for variable products, we have sandbox support, we send first/last name with order number to payment.
And yes its one-time payment, you will keep on getting updates.
2. The free version doesn’t have auto sync and payment. For these, you will have to buy PRo version.
