Square support single category so there is no option to sync sub categories.
Hi, I’m looking to create main categories in wordpress similar to how you can in square online. so the main category is outside of square, with square categories assigned to it. So silly that square doesn’t allow you to create sub categories in the POS. Is this possible, if not, do you know of a work around to use this plugin?
Wondering if you can create child category mode, so it ignores the WordPress woocommerce category and only syncs the square child categories? Seems to be a feature that a lot of people want for woo/square integration.
Maybe this can be done using ACF fields?

SCA is controlled by the Square and it works when customer bank required.
We cannot forced it on all transactons.
Thanks for the message. I’ve been working with Square and they advised that it must be done via the API request as a 3D Secure Verified Transaction. Only then will Square complete the 3DS process, otherwise it will perform non-3DS process if the card is not enrolled. Is it possible to use a hook in your code to check the payment source and decline if it’s a non-3DS transaction or do as per they advised above?

That is perfect! I figured it was something that I missed. I have a new problem though, I can get them to sync… but if I have a product with 2 different variables and different prices either it will only show one price or I have to select multiple variables before it shows me a price (wrong price)
I am probably missing something, but I can’t seem to find anything on how to fix it

Thanks for your feedback, if you have different prices for each variation then price will change accordingly when customer select variation one by one.

Basically, I have one product with different sizes on Square, but one size is a couple dollars more. So there are different prices for a variable.
When I sync it to my site, it shows the different variables and it shows $22-28 at the product page. But when I click on the more expensive variable the price doesn’t show or shows the price of the cheaper variable.

I just purchased this plugin and when i turn on order sync I get this message “Headers already sent in /home/toomsauce/public_html/simply-mediterranean.com/wp-content/plugins/woosquare-pro/admin/modules/order-sync/order-sync.php on line 1. This is not a good sign, it may just be a poorly written plugin but Headers should not have been sent at this point. Check the code in the above mentioned file to fix this problem.”. when i activated the sync woo order to square, the site crashed and i hade to remove both plugins from my ftp. Please advise

I’ve installed free plugin and got all categories synced but not products. What could be the problem? I saw products syncing and green checkmark is marked as complete but after sync finished I don’t have any product created on my Woocommerce. Extremely disappointed in this plugin and its support. I bought this expensive plugin to help my client have their inventory of their physical store show on their online store. It has not done that, it says things are out of stock when they’re in stock and the variations don’t sync across properly. I’ve been REPEATEDLY messaging on my support ticket for almost two weeks and waiting ages for a response everytime they give bullshit reasons as to why it could be occurring with no actual solution. They said yesterday it is fixed too when it’s clearly not! Do not buy this product.

Hi, please help me again!! I’ve been getting no response. I have settings so that when I select a category in woocommerce it should stay there and push that change to square. However when it resyncs it clears any selected categories. The issues with this plugin have delayed an online store launch for THREE MONTHS! I would note be recommending your plugin to anyone at this rate…. please reply to the same ticket again URGENTLY!
