I cannot believe the number of plugin incompatibilities this plugin has.

Unfortunately this plugin does not work as advertised - when it comes to 2 variations in a product the sync would only work the first time then, because the plugin syncs every product constantly it would break the variations, removing stock and pricing, making the product incorrect so customers would be able to purchase incorrect or sold out products. Support were slow and unhelpful stating the products were setup incorrectly in Square, however they were adjusted many times to try to troubleshoot but still had issues. There have been no updates to the plugin in months to fix the issues.

This code is poorly written. When I activated the plugin there was immediately an issue with headers being called incorrectly. I had to deactivate the "Sync Orders" module to clear up the problem. When I synched the products all the variations came through incorrectly. I know the official Square plugin is generally despised by the majority, but it works much more cleanly than this plugin. I wish I had just tried the Square official plugin before wasting my money here.
The API portion is smooth and handles well. I will give the developers props for that. It has potential.
My shop is being build with Divi if anyone is curious.

As soon as this plugin is enabled. Elementor widgets stopped working. Cart flow stopped working. Not helpful at all, I might've used the free plugin from Woocommerce rather than spending 79 and getting the same thing.

Excellent customer support! Friendly, fast, and effective.

Don't buy this plugin. It does not work as described. It creates dozens of copies of the same products and categories during sync. Support is nothing but extremely unhelpful. The only solution they've suggested is that I have to go through all products and product information (all product names, categories, attributes, variations, etc.) to get rid of special characters. This would take me hours of work...

The plugin is supposed to sync seamlessly; apparently, it not the case.

As we have explained you on support ticket that the structure of WooCommerce & Square is different when it comes to manage attributes and variations. for this reason in WooSquare Pro we have introduce some special format to accommodate and sync. these attributes and variations between the two systems. we do understand your concern but this is only due to the limitations we have from Square end.

When installed it sync quickly but trying the free plugin, which would not sync, I had made errors. Support was outstanding the problem was corrected and now working on an impressive level.

The support team is very fast and reliable. The issue was quickly resolved. I was having issues with the order going thru - and it was a way I had set up the settings. The team went in and changed my settings and presto we were in business! :)

Very responsive customer support. There has been a few bugs that I have ran into, but the issues were quickly resolved.

I only use stripe for payments, so I can't comment on the square payment piece. However, the order sync and product sync works great.

Crashed my iPad Square POS. The Sync feature actually duplicated the store's 200 items into a database of over 180,000 records, so that the iPad itself crashed from a memory limitation. Only recovery was for me to manually download the oversized database online, to a CSV file, hand edit to delete every duplicate record, wipe out the entire POS database, restore from a hand-edited CSV, and pray it worked.

WPexpert support asked me to remove my previous review. All I am able to do is replace it so this is my new review of there customer support. (my issue) When I update a product in Woocommerce it can sometimes take up to 3-4 minutes to save the record and sync it with Square. I also have a time stamp problem with sales from Square. There is a 6 hour time difference between Square and the synced record in Woocommerce. (Pretty sure its the difference between my timezone and GMT). Apparently the issues I'm having has nothing to do with Woosquare and I need to contact Square. (Square says that my problem is with the Woosquare plugin). After 3 months of WPExperts investigation into my issues and a not so flattering review here from myself, the support folks at WPexpert went out of there way to personally give me a call and graciously informed me of there discoveries. I would have given them 5 stars but it did take a very long time and a bad review before they contacted me and suggested I contact Square to help fix the issues I'm having.
