Hello, I need to change the text of the titles “Whit Image” “Verifed” All Stars” to Spanish. Also, I need all the images to be the same size when displayed. Is it possible to do that?
Thank you.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For changing the text, you can use Loco Translate plugin. It’s free and you can remove it afterward if you want, the translation will stay.
For instruction, please visit this guide: https://villatheme.com/knowledge-base/how-to-translate-plugin/
And, regarding the image size, I’m afraid it’s not possible to adjust the image size and make them the same. It depends on the images uploaded by your customers.
Best regards.
I can’t import Amazon reviews, it says Your site must have a valid SSL Certificate and have WooCommerce Photo Reviews(v1.1.4.8 or later) installed and active
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It’s required that your WordPress site must have SSL and the version of our plugin is higher than 1.1.4.8.
If your site does fulfill the requirements, I can definitely take a look for you, please create a support ticket on this Support Forum.
Best regards.
Is it possible move the Comment Form Above Comments in the plugin?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Currently, our plugin offers to change review displays but it does not support in changing the position of the review form on the product page.
However, our plugin supports the review shortcode and review form shortcode in case you use a page builder to build your product page, you can add them to view the reviews and review form where you want.
See our documentation to use shortcodes: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-photo-reviews/#page_section_menu_3142
Let us know if you have any other questions regarding this plugin.
Best regards.
Hello, I noticed that you offer a free version and a paid version. Can I get full functionality by purchasing the $32 version here? Does this plugin support use on multiple websites?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, you can access full features with the pro version, which is purchased here. However, it’s important to note that, each license can only work for one individual project. Which means if you have 2 different websites, even if one of them is staging site, you would still need a valid license: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005597566-Licensing-Requirements-for-Test-Sites-Clarifications-and-Guidelines
You can share one plugin license to subdomains if you’re using multisite feature of WordPress to create a network though.
Best regards.
Hey guys,
In the “Incompatible plugins detected” with WooCommerce High Performance Order Storage list ( https://d.pr/i/QiURUA ), WooCommerce Photo Reviews Premium is listed as incompatible ex: https://d.pr/i/aapCzP .
I’m not sure exactly how it’s related but do you think there would be any problem with the HPOS enabled? Do you plan declaring compatibility?
Here’s how to declare compatibility https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/High-Performance-Order-Storage-Upgrade-Recipe-Book#declaring-extension-incompatibility .
Thanks!
Hi,

I need COUPON FOR REVIEWS send to customer just after Minimum 5 ( for example ) approved comments from customer ( Rule of Condition ), Is it possible ?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our plugin covers the Coupon for reviews feature. But we don’t have the rule/condition for review approval, I’m afraid. We only have one option that help restrict number of reviews a user can leave.
Best regards.
It would be nice if you could specify how many reviews to display on product page, because if you have many reviews, then it looks weird, whole product page with reviews. It would be lovely to choose, perhaps, to show only reviews with pictures on the product page, and if you could choose X amount of reviews to show before the “Show More” button appears.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can paginate your product reviews: https://prnt.sc/68QqknBlMA14
It also works for the “Load more” button.
For your specific request of review with image, you can try the Filters, using Image filter by enabled “Select Image filter by default”: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-photo-reviews/#page_section_child_menu_3129
By that, it’ll always display reviews with images.
Best regards.
In your demo the video is auto playing.. Is it possible disable autoplay ?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Actually, the video should not be auto play. They’ll show a thumbnail there and will play when users hit the Play button. It’s working that way on our demo.
How is it like on your end?
Best regards.
But when I check your demo it’s auto playing
It’s still working on my end. However, it’s already supported in the pro version that the video is not auto play. If you decide to purchase it, I can send you a latest version that has an option to enable/disable autoplay.
Hi can it import reviews from Taobao?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It’s unfortunate we don’t have feature to import reviews from Taobao.

Hi, my submit review button does not show up. what can I do so it shows up on my page?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I just checked your active domain lu**.com and see that the submit button in the review form is still showing there.
Can you please check again on your end? If the issue persists, please create a support ticket on this Support Forum and clarify. I’ll be checking.
Best regards.
thank you for your answer. I cannot create a support ticket for some reason (is there an email I can sent the request to?). I am currently re-doing my site on a staging website and the submit button does not work on there. I am using The7 theme which is compatible with elementor.
staging site: https://vneq0dyful-staging.onrocket.site/
I had this problem before on my normal site but I cannot remember how I solved it
Thanks for the link. This display issue seems to be caused by your theme. There’s a custom CSS on this submit button from your theme: https://nimb.ws/OTczK8U and https://nimb.ws/QwNHX7o
I would recommend contacting the theme support, they should be able to assists you about this custom CSS

thank you. that is very helpful
What a great plugin! Only thing missing is to let users reply to other user’s reviews… Oh and another feature required is to verify users with the email address they provide, with no connection to they’re woocommerce account. By this I mean that once user add his email address to the comment, he will get a verification email message and if he clicks on it, the he is a verified user and whenever he writes another review using this email address, he will get a verified badge on his name.
Also, must add an option to send notification to admin (by email) once a review is added (and pending).
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It’s unfortunate that we don’t have the feature of a customer’s reply. For the verified user, a customer’s account is marked as “Verified owner” – a user that has purchased the product from your store already. This means the customer account would not be marked as “Verified owner” just because they verified their email address.
For the email notification to admin, once the review is added, you can use this option in WordPress settings >> Discussion: https://prnt.sc/cisOs1v20Iwe
If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask.
Best regards.
Hi,
A verified user is currently someone who purchased on the store, but this is my problem – I have a kind of a catalog website. The purchases happen offline, onsite, in many locations which aren’t mine.
So, what I need is to give a verified badge to anyone who went through confirmation process by email, that’s it, even if he’s not my customer and didn’t buy the product on my website but maybe somewhere else.
Thanks
I see. I’m afraid at the moment we don’t have a specific feature you need. But you can set verified reviews in the Reviews backend page: https://prnt.sc/dLH0JlY5yUaN
Thanks, There’s a bug, so i’m writing here because can’t get an answer via contact form on your site. On the reviews’ grid, it shows the correct 1-5 stars rank the user gave (see: https://postimg.cc/FYLc6BZk) but when clicking on the block, in the popup, it shows 5 stars always no matter what (see: https://postimg.cc/d7cdcjHH), so that’s wrong…
I don’t encounter this issue on my site. Please create a support ticket on this Support Forum. I’ll be checking.
Additionally, can you please share the email subject of the email you sent to us via our Contact us form? We haven’t received support request regarding this plugin recently, I’ll check if I’ve missed anything.
Hi, Many users ask us f we can add the image of the product to the reviews’ grid/slider, on the outside, so one will be able to know which product the review is about without needing to click on it and look inside the popup where it shows atm. Is that possible to do somehow?
Hi, It’s unfortunately this feature is not available at the moment.
Hi, any plans on adding such a basic feature? I mean… everyone who sees the reviews wants to know what the review is about…
If no such plans, i’ll have to contact and pay a developer for custom work. I prefer (and I think all of your customers will prefer) to have an option to show the name/image of the product next to the review’s details.
Thanks again
Hi,
We value your feedback and understand the importance of displaying product information alongside reviews.
It’s unfortunate that displaying the product summary next to the review details is not a feature on our roadmap, and it’s not something that can be addressed through custom work, either. However, I want to highlight that our plugin’s design includes the ability to add images and videos to reviews, providing a visual context for viewers.
We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to enhancing our plugin. If you have any more suggestions or if there’s anything else we can assist you with, feel free to let us know.
Thank you for choosing our plugin, and we look forward to continuing to meet your needs.
Why won’t you just add the name of the product to the grid boxes… It’s such a basic feature. I see a review; I want to know what the review is about without having to click on it… Even more when I scroll through a list of reviews… If you don’t want to add the product’s image and meta data, all right… But why not adding the name of the product?! It doesn’t make any sense at all haha
Thank you for your feature request. It’s unfortunate this feature is not in our current roadmap. Considering the uniqueness and potential time investment, we may not be able to include it in the immediate updates. But we’ll take it into consideration.
We appreciate your understanding. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to let us know.
Ok,
But – please make sure the product’s images that are shown inside popups, has an ALT tag. Ther’s no such tag ATM which hurts SEO of website.
Thanks
For those who found this thread and want to add the image and name of the products to the grid, I tried playing with the code. I’m not professional but managed to do so.
Go in the file: viwcpr-quickview-single-product-summary-html.php
Below the code line: if ( $is_shortcode ) { ?>
Add this code: https://codeshare.io/vAw9yWGood luck!
Hi,
ALT tags for product images in reviews are automatically generated by default unless there’s interference from custom code. The SEO performance also relies on the content you provide.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer support for custom code, but if you have any other questions or concerns within our plugin’s capabilities, feel free to ask!
Hi! Very often, customers who are satisfied with the product do not want to leave reviews, even email messages do not help, because they are too lazy to follow the links. But if they come to the store’s website once again, then you can show them this pop-up message about the product they bought earlier. Is it possible to make such a pop-up message asking you to rate the previous purchased product on the site? I think it’s a good idea that catches the buyer. https://prnt.sc/LpBqT_P6D6yw If you have not closed the window and selected the number of stars, then a new window opens asking you to write a review. https://prnt.sc/miqs0T43yJ3P Thus, the buyer does not leave the page where he is and can continue shopping from where he left off..
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I think shortcode can help achieve your goal. Can you please try the shortcode for review form regarding this instruction: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-photo-reviews/#page_section_menu_3142
It can display a popup if customer clicks the Review button.
Best regards
Hi! I wanted to suggest a new feature that doesn’t currently exist. I’ve looked into shortcodes, but they probably don’t solve what I described above. Let me try to describe the process: a buyer receives a product and should leave a review, but they’re too lazy to read the email and follow the links; they don’t want to waste time.
Your plugin suggests displaying a ‘leave a review’ button next to the order in the order list. However, for this, the buyer must log in to their account, which isn’t always done before a new purchase, and they might simply not want to click the button.
I propose a different feedback request process: the buyer returns to the site to view other products. If they’re logged in, the plugin will determine that this client hasn’t left reviews for previous purchases and will show them a pop-up window with a request to leave a review (the pop-up window appears on the page where the buyer currently is). The buyer is likely to leave a review since they’re already browsing new products and aren’t leaving the current page to do so. They select stars in the push notification, after which a pop-up window appears asking them to leave a message and a photo. If the client declines and closes the push notification, with the appropriate settings, this push notification will be shown 1 or 2 more times at another time when they’re on the site (reading a blog or selecting new products).
Thus, a client returning to the site will leave a review in 90% of cases. This is convenient. We used to have such a plugin, and people willingly left reviews, but now this WordPress plugin is no longer supported, and we’re looking for a similar solution
an example of such functionality, this plugin is no longer supported, but you could understand. This functionality collected reviews very well, since users left them in the process and they did not have to go somewhere or go to their personal account in the list of orders for this. Almost every customer of ours has left feedback. https://wordpress.org/plugins/order-reviews-for-woocommerce/
Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback and suggesting a new feature for our plugin. We appreciate your input and the detailed description of the proposed process.
While we understand the convenience of the suggested feedback request process, I regret to inform you that our current plugin does not have this specific functionality. However, your insights are valuable to us, and we’ll certainly consider them for future updates and improvements.
If you have any further suggestions or if there’s anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to let us know. We value your feedback and are committed to enhancing our plugin based on user needs.
I am seeing a warning above the ‘Add a review’ form:
Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /home/customer/www/site.com/public_html/wp-includes/comment-template.php on line 2271
This warning goes away when I disable Photo Reviews.
Thank you.
Hi,
Please take a minute to raise a ticket on our Presale support forum,> provide us with more information, we will dig into this issue.
Best regards.
Thanks. I realized I had missed an update and that fixed it.
Thank you for your confirmation.
Does the free version have an option fro the chrome extension?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It’s unfortunate the feature of importing reviews using Chrome Extension is not available in the free version.
Best regards.
replies are not visible on the normal option of front-ent-style. I do not know is there any cache time etc? And customer did not notified when I reply their review
When I wrote a response on wordpress panel; Response email also got a discount email. It should not have got.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’m sorry but I don’t understand what you meant by “replies are not visible on the normal option of front-ent-style”, however, our plugin doesn’t has feature related to admin reply. We only support review reminder email and coupon email (after customer leaves a review), we don’t interfere review reply notification email.
Have you tested for conflict yet? If not, I would recommend running a full conflict test as described here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/
It’s very possible that another plugin (or possibly even your theme) is causing the trouble, and this will help you identify the culprit.
Best regards.
Our themes review/comment section is https://prnt.sc/XCcdHWJo7aOt Your plugins review section is https://prnt.sc/ibqg0K_l3aZ4
We are not able to write a reply. I meant there I am using the normal grid version on your plugin. You can see clearly the front-end view. Can you update your plugin to which one is given permission to reply to reviews.
Thanks for the details. If you would like to respond to reviews, then it is only possible from the admin panel. I think you’re using some Frontend Replies plugin, or this function can come from your theme, can I ask the whose this function is?
I am replying from the admin panel but responses are not visible on the front-end. Can you check your UI design in the plugin? Or I can add a section for that it is not matter, please let me know about the file name where you wrote the comment section UI.
I can certainly take a look for you. Can you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum?
Sure
The Pinterest woocommerce plugin was causing the problem, no longer needed support thank you for that. You can close the support ticket
It might be better to update the plugin to match the average grid and review bar colour. The average section looks black and needs an update on code base.
Another update “Vote up high to low” causes the same issue, replies are not shown when it activated
Thank you for the updates regarding admin reply. I see they’re visible on your site now, it’s great to hear you sorted it out.
Also, I’ve checked the Vote up high to low option on my site, it doesn’t hide the review reply at all. I think it’s still a site specific issue. Perhaps it’s also a conflict. Additionally, please ensure you’ve hit the option number 2: https://prnt.sc/2pnmmUrBWNmP
If you want us to take a look at that, we’re happy to. Feel free to update us on the Support Forum anytime.
For the color, we actually have color options for grid section and some other color design settings. You can also add additional CSS for specific designing goal.
That section is not visible on the plugin, something might have been went wrong we don’t know. When we set a based arrangement our responses disappear
Yes, I got your ticket. I’ll keep you updated there
Hi, Users upload images of different dimensions in reviews, which does not look good. Can we fix the image size / image container size in masonry layout, so that all the reviews look the same.
https://prnt.sc/BTFvBt8qxv9cHi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’m afraid this is not possible, unfortunately.
Best regards.
Hi, is it compatible with woodmart theme ?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, it is. To ensure it works on your site environment, you can try our free version: http://bit.ly/woo-photo-reviews

Hi, a pre-sale question: can reviews of different Ali products be imported, and then be combined to the same product in the WP site (one WP product having reviews from multiple Aliexpress products)? Thanks.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This plugin can import reviews of Aliexpress products, and you can assign reviews from many Aliexpress products to a WC product(s). You can see this part of our documentation No3.
Best regards.
Hi, pre purchase consultation!
1: The product review page can display reviews for all products simultaneously! 2: Reviewed on: xxx
I am attaching a screenshot, I like this one
https://prnt.sc/3qMLz6uKKa4wHi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. Yes, you can create a review page which displays all product reviews using shortcode. Please visit this documentation for details: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-photo-reviews/#page_section_menu_3142
2. I’m afraid we don’t have that Reviewed on: xxx at the moment. But if you use Grid style, there’s option to show product summary under reviews on popup. You can view on our demo: https://new2new.com/?item=woocommerce-photo-reviews
https://prnt.sc/jCQxhGUhg4kFBoth features are pro’s. However, you can try our free version for a better view: http://bit.ly/woo-photo-reviews

Hi, I wonder if your plugin connects with any affiliate plugins, or if it contains such function itself?
For example, an automated email will be sent to a customer with a coupon, asking him to submit reviews; and if he submits and shares his reviews, he will get the coupon discount for his next purchase; and his friends who buy from his review (with affiliate link) will get discounts too (and in this case the customer will get commission too from his friend’s purchase.
Thank you.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’m afraid not. Our plugin’s major function is to customize WooCommerce’s reviews and import reviews from platforms. It doesn’t have affiliate function or connect to any affiliate plugin.
Best regards.
