Hello,
I use the shortcode to display reviews and need option to prioritize (show first) reviews with images, something like this – orderby: ‘has_image’. Using your filter “filter_default_image” is not acceptable because it hides other comments.

Currently, our plugin does not have an option to prioritize or order reviews with images first. The existing filter “filter_default_image” hides other comments, and there isn’t an alternative option available at the moment.
We only have option to sort reviews by date/vote only. I’m sorry for the inconvenience it may cause.

Why is there no longer product page pagination in the reviews. I just noticed my product pages can no longer paginate reviews. This causes a very long list on the product page, not good SEO. I had it set to 10 per page with ajax buttons, but now it is gone and I don’t know how long it has been this way. There is no longer any setting in the admin section for this either. Please explain?

I’ve tested with Flatsome theme on my site, there’s no problem with review pagination (I see you’re using Flatsome theme?)

Beautiful, that worked! Thank you! I have a staging site where that wasn’t changed and it still paginates. But my live site, that setting changed somehow on it’s own, maybe from an update that bugged as a fluke. I never go to that page to change settings. Something somehow somewhere changed that. Thank you for the easy fix.

I think it depends on your theme or page builder plugin if you use any. However, our plugin doesn’t interfere this. Its major feature is to show up reviews but it can’t change the page structure that way.

I think that’s the section for the WooCommerce review form. Can you try disabling our plugin to check if the review form is still placed there?

If I understand you correctly, you want to display reviews and form widely with full width, instead of making 2 columns – reviews on the left and form on the right?
If yes, I don’t think it’s possible. Because our shortcode can only help display the reviews and the review form, but it can’t change the structure of your page.

I have two of your licenses. I’m redoing my store after a break, and the plugin isn’t working correctly with the new version of WooCommerce. If a person buys a product, they can’t leave a review. It says that only verified users can leave reviews. My setting is ‘if a person buys a product, they can leave a review.’ Do I need to buy support for you to help me?

I wonder if with your plugin it’s possible to have different kind of people doing the reviews. Like we say, it’s the salon owner using our product and they give the review. And it’s the salon user’s client which can as well do a review and say how it’s been treated with our product. But I would like the reviews on the same product page because it’s the same product but it’s from different users. And to be able to sort this on the product page.

I know this free plugin can do good. So let’s say a user finished order 4 items.

With this plugin, can I somehow get that when they click on the reminder email, the link leads to a specific page to rate the product they clicked on in the email? Remember to link the review page to the email in the Review Reminder setting tab.

This makes only logged in customer who has made a purchase be able to leave a review.
The downside of this method though is that it doesn’t account for guest purchases, users who haven’t created an account while buying the product won’t be able to leave a review if you follow this method.

In case you rebuild your single product page, you can use these shortcodes for your Reviews section. If you want only reviews and not the reviews, then excluding the review form shortcode in your product page template would be alright.
