Hello, with this plugin can i limit 1 review per product purchase? Example, customer bought product for the first time and can leave 1 review only, customer bought a 2nd product and can leave an additional review. Thanks!

You can use the “Restrict the number of reviews”. For your example, I suppose “By number of times the customer bought that product” would do.

If you use the free plugin, clicking the filter will reload the page before filtering, instead of filtering review without refreshing. But it should not open a new tab. I’m quite unsure if I understand the scenario, would you mind clarifying?

yes, right now if I click the filter it does nothing. Using in typical WooCommerce install and Salient theme.

Hello. I would like to send “Review Reminders” 3 days after the order is set to “Completed” , now what happends is they get the “Completed” e-mail from their order, they get another track & trace e-mail from the shipping, and they will also immediatly get the Review Reminder e-mail because it triggers on “Completed” , I actually want to send it 3 days after.

Dear team, I use your plugin “WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium” and have just tested your “WooCommerce Photo Reviews”. Unfortunately, the email templates cannot be adapted to our design.

It is also not possible to send emails manually to test the system and subsequently remind customers (booked products) that they can rate.

It is important to us that the customer can rate directly by email.

Is there a solution for this?

The integration with WooCommerce Email Template Customizer is only available in the premium version of WooCommerce Photo Reviews. Therefore, if you’re using free plugin (this one: http://bit.ly/woo-photo-reviews )

As for your other inquiries:

1. Send email manually: If you’re using the pro version this plugin along with WooCommerce Email Template Customizer plugin, then you can send test email manually from the template editor of WooCommerce Email Template Customizer. Another way, you can send real email manually here: https://share.nmblc.cloud/e6e3c67e

In the free version, review reminder emails are sent when the order is completed.

2. Rate directly by email: There’s no option to rate directly by email at the moment. But we have an option called “Show star rating”. It’s also available in the premium plugin only. For more details, please see this short tutorial: https://youtu.be/8JwbOPE39m4?si=IxOjQGFI3BOh8b72&t=404

For the past few updates the “star count” filter results in a full and complete “non-display” of the entire shortcode for my review page. filtering by images works. filtering by verified works. filtering by star count filter completely removes all results displayed by the shortcode. When will you address this? I have removed all plugins except woocommerce and get the same result. There is an issue with your plugin shortcode for the star count filtering. I’m not buying support extension for a broken product that has nothing to do with my site.

Hi dear, video-reviews uploaded by users, showing on the reviews tab on product’s pages, ARE NOT INDEXED by Google. Error message in Google Console says: “Video isn’t on a watch page”. I guess it is related to Google’s “structured data” details. Any ideas? Thanks
