Works well but NEVER auto updates. Very annoying to have to go to codecanyon and get the file manually.

No requirements on the Item Support to open a ticket there, no worries.
It works well for calling reviews from aliexpress, and even the manual entry is convenient (you know for reviews on identical products but different from the one uploaded).
Finally, even the email sending system to put a review is well done.
And both the grid graphics of the reviews and the custom fields in the reviews (such as Did you choose the product for a gift? yes no) are added values!

Works well, I use it for importing reviews from aliexpress.
One thing would be nice, is if we could programmatically change the name of the imported image files when importing from the ali reviews to our site. So for example, rename the gibberish ali file name to something like NAMEOFPOST-REVIEW-####.
That would be good for image SEO.
