In which changes are you referring to? Application creation screens have remain unchanged.
Good day. Please take time to go and try creating an app in the developer portal, the process has changed , soon after creating the app, meta introduces use cases and the process IS NOT the same. Instead of just dismissing a client , why dont you double check first and just update the documentation. This is frustrating
Noone is dismissed. Comments are being considered seriously – no matter if they come from an existing client or a potential one.

- The images and voice messages from the client not working on chat.
- When the client respond to the template button the text on the button not reflect on the chat.
- I cannot upload bulk contacts there is error when I try do that.

1. Once I buy and activate this module, will it automatically add a new menu item in Perfex CRM (for example, named “WhatsApp” or something similar)?
2. How does the module handle permissions? Does it integrate with Perfex CRM’s built-in permission management system?
3. If each staff member wants to use their own WhatsApp number — and should only have access to messages from their assigned or added numbers — is that possible within this module?
4. If individual numbers are allowed for staff, can the admin still view and manage all WhatsApp accounts and messages centrally?

The module cannot be activated in Perfex 3.4.0. Kindly update your code to ensure compatibility.

Messages can be assigned to leads automatically, after enabling this setting in the settings of the module.

Hello. I am a serious buyer, and I only have a couple questions before continuing.
- First of all, I will use this module to link WhatsApp API’s and give companies access to it. I am selling a WhatsApp chat robot I made from N8N, and I want my customer who I sell the robot to see what the robot is replying, etc.. So can I link the API to this script+n8n?
- My second question, if I link the robot with the API, can my customer see all chats between the robot and their customers?
- My third question is that can I link more than one API so that I put different companies with different api’s and each api is linked with their account.
- My fourth question, I have a data sheet which has company information linked with google sheets, so is it possible to make the google sheet editable by the same module. So the company does all the job in one platform, not going to google sheets, etc…
- My last question, the robot can make some issues while replying to customers. So, I would like to know if we could add a button on top of the whatsapp chat which is a toggle which to pause the robot and resume it when needed, so it gets linked with a webhook when the button is toggled so the robot stops replying to the chat I selected the toggle with. Handling the robot to stop replying its going to be from my side, what I want to know is there a way to add the toggle and the webhook URL?

Hi! I’m using the SaaS module for Perfex CRM (multi-company/multitenancy) and I would like to know if this “WhatsApp Cloud API Interaction Module” is compatible with the SaaS environment.
Each customer would have their own instance of the CRM and would need to connect their own WhatsApp Cloud API account individually.
Does this module support customer separation in SaaS mode? Is it fully compatible with the “SaaS – Multitenancy” module?
