Hello. When a client is assigned to an agent, does the agent receive a notification? How does the agent know they have a client assigned?

Thats not something currently offered – but Catalogue support is on our to-dos for a future version.

Can each CRM agent manage their own conversations with their own leads? That is, can each agent only see the conversations of their own clients?

Agents can select different numbers involved in chat – but conversations are not limited to specific agents.

I installed the plugin after purchasing. I already had the WhatsApp business API information. I am having problems with the webhook side. When I paste the link on the settings page into the webhook field on the meta developer page, it asks for a token.

At the same time, the link on the settings page gives a 404 error.

What I need is the following: - Manage my clients’ appointments. - Send automatic appointment reminders by WhatsApp - Send offers by WhatsApp and automate the sending. For example, when it is a customer’s birthday, send an automatic WhatsApp with an exclusive offer.

Can I achieve this with your module or by combining it with other compatible modules?

Our module offers triggers based on specific criteria (actions that happen within the CRM) and not marketing purposes like birthday.

Keep in mind that you will need to perform the needed changes that match your own application – if thats not a fork of Perfex CRM. This is a module for Perfex CRM.

q: can you remove Perfex dependencies for additional cost ?

That would be outside the scope of this item and can only be performed as a customization you need to do with the developer of your own application.

When a user sends docs and files in whatsapp chat and if we intent to download and use where will it get stored?

Those are stored in the uploads folder of Perfex CRM, along with other data.

You need to purchase our other module, in order to use its functionality. These two products have different scope and functions.

it’s spent 2 weeks and still not setup

After 7 days, perfex send a remind by whatsapp to lead with proposal link. How can do this? Can you send me the correct video? or tutorial?

yes because 15 days for a simple reply like: how can I setup a whatsapp reminder to leads with proposal seems to hard to reply!

You can use the same Meta application if you are already using it for another app.

Number is monitored 24/7 using webhooks, so it needs to be exclusively assigned in order to be used for real time chatting.
