We are an online institute using Perfex CRM. I am interested in purchasing your WhatsApp Official Cloud API Chat & Marketing Module for Perfex CRM. However, I have a few questions before proceeding:

Can I connect multiple WhatsApp Cloud APIs to the module?
Is it possible to assign a specific WhatsApp API to a particular user or role? For example, can I assign one WhatsApp API to an admin user and another to a marketing user?

Please clarify this for me. Also, are there any additional requirements for using this module? If possible, could you share an online demo?

You can connect multiple numbers under a single Cloud API Meta Application.

We dont offer a demo, as such one would contain sensitive information. However, videocasts/screenshots of the give you a brief look of what you will get.

Hi there, does it sit on a different database entirely or would it sit within perfex existing database? As in we would have to create a different database for this to sit on? As we have a small database and are trying to use it efficiently and although this would be nice to have. It would concern me if it started filling up our existing Perfex database with stuff.

It uses a separate table at your existing database.

No, thats what our other WhatsApp Cloud API based module does – you can find it at our portfolio and its based on triggering of events that happen within the CRM.

I’ll clarify the problem for you and why I’m asking you and not the people from the SaaS module. The plugin I bought from Whatsbot (your competition) requires you to enter the license when activating the module. If you don’t enter it, the application is not activated. In the tenant, since there is no option to reactivate the module to enter the license, an error appears when replicating it because it is only allowed for tenants with an extended license. In your case, how does the activation of the module work? Can I activate it for my tenants without any problem? Do I need a license for each tenant?

You are supposed to answer business queries using our module – thats a marketing module, not a personal client.

it is clear that this is not a personal client, but for example, we have requests in the marketplace, they do not end up in crm, and we need to contact them. That’s why I’m asking. Since the number is completely transferred to crm and there is no way to keep it on the device, a question arises!

All incoming chats are supposed to be retrieved using Webhooks. You are not supposed to miss a single one.

Issue with CRM Variables Not Fetching Correctly

I hope you’re doing well. I’m currently facing a challenge with fetching the contact variables in our CRM system. Specifically, when I use variables such as @first_contact_name, @last_contact_name, or @lead_name in my messages, the system doesn’t replace them with the actual contact names from the CRM.

For example, instead of the message being sent as “Hello John Doe,” it’s being sent as “Hello first contact name last contact name” or “Hello Lead Name” — exactly as the variables are written, without pulling in the actual names from the CRM database.

Could you please look into this and help fix the issue? I’d appreciate your assistance in getting the variables to work correctly so that the messages are personalized properly.

You can add multiple numbers, yes, but management control of other users are outside of our module’s scope (at least for the current version)

You can add use multiple WA Cloud API Business numbers using our module. Personal ones are not supported.

Thats something Meta needs to answer – our code will allow you to do that and its not providing any blocks.

Permissions are based on access level – Staff members who have access to the module’s functions will be able to access all chats massively.

Hello! This module seems great to me. I see that it’s made for Perfex CRM, but it’s based on CodeIgniter. I have a development done in CI4, and it would be perfect to use it. Is it possible to adapt it? I would do it myself, of course, but I’m wondering if it could be used in a project that isn’t in Perfex. I look forward to your response.

Our module is made for CI4, as Perfex CRM is based on it. Depending on your coding experience, you might be able to integrate it in other systems.

Thank you for the response. Before purchasing it: does it require any special Perfex libraries or installing something from this CRM? I ask because I am not familiar with it, but I have quite a bit of experience with CI4. Just to get an idea of what to expect.

You just need to have Perfex CRM installed – nothing special is required.

Presales question: can it allow to open a one to one chat window to the relevant customer (of which the phone contact are predefined) and open in project module? i see in your video all contacts are accessible by the staff.

Hi, I have a question before purchasing. Is it possible to send one particular lead status to lead manager of perfex crm?My main idea is that once the customer message us through ads, the ai will take over the conversation and quality it and let say mark as interested. Once it is marked interested, it should be sent to lead manager and that would be managed by our sales representatives. Pls help me regarding it.

Our module uses the leads creation trigger – you will need to filter those events programmatically and in another level, according to your custom work case needs.
