en Webhooks quiero enviar todo los mensajes que llegue al modulo para gestionar con n8n , pero solo enviar que el mensaje fue recibido, como hago para que envie lo que llego. en la instalcion esta con error me llegan los mensajes y puedo responder pero sale algunos errores y los numeros de whatsapp no sale

Hello, I was facing difficulties accessing the attached files from invoices and tasks that were uploaded before on CRM, and I decided to reach out to the Perfex developer, and this is what they had to say :

“Unfortunately, this is not related to Perfex CRM, the issue is caused by the WhatsApp module you recently installed. Kindly disable the module.

You will need to contact the module developer for assistance with your issue. Unfortunately, we can only provide support for our own modules and Perfex CRM. The module developers are responsible for supporting their own modules and items.

Let’s say I have 5 different sales agents.

Can each agent scan their own WhatsApp QR code and connect their personal WhatsApp number to their own CRM account — so that they send and receive messages through their own number?

Or is there only one main WhatsApp number used by all agents?

QR codes are not supported by the official WhatsApp Cloud Business API.

How many Meta accounts can I connect?

If it’s just 1, can I create more than one user in the SaaS, so that each user can connect a different Meta account?

You can connect one Meta account per instance – but an account can have multiple numbers.

I would like to have this feature:

Download all the responses I received from customers in .csv or .xslx format, since I use “quick reply” buttons, and I often use the option for the user to say if they want to leave my list.

So I would like to be able to download this for each campaign, to remove the numbers that clicked on this button or on some other button, since I will have the responses for each number.

It uses WhatsApp Cloud API of Meta to send WhatsApp messages – if you receive messages of WhatApp inside messenger, this is supposed to happen on Meta’s Business Manager level.

Our module uses official Meta’s Cloud API for WhatsApp – if you can integrate a limit per messages using custom developement, thats fine – however, this is not something that comes shipped with our module.

Yes, 50 campaigns are not an issue at all.

Our module uses OpenAI keys to access your personal account and respond. There’s no training function in our module, but your account is supposed to keep familiarization history.

Are chat conversations public to all users within perfex crm? Is each user chat viable for only that user?

The WA business number used is supposed to be a corporate number. All staff members of the company have access to its conversations.

All conversations are public to all users. Is there any option to make the conversation private where only that user sees the conversation?

No. Conversations are supposed to be accessible by all staff members of the company with CRM and module level access, as they belong to the WA business number.

I have two question,

1. does this module works with SaaS version of Perfex, if yes then 2. We are Meta Tech Provider, how does this module work in this scenario for whatsapp business api integration.

All third party modules can be included (as available) in Plan Management of our SaaS module.

Admins of the tenant installations that fall in the same plan, can activate them with the respective license key, making their functionality available to the whole installation.

Ok, I had read the document. But my question is how we apply embedded signup for whatsapp.

Our module’s purpose is specific – Are you sure that it matches your needs? Because this module’s functionlity is not related to any signup sessions.

With this module, could I segment my WhatsApp by creating a flow for the customer to choose the desired department and, within the department, be forwarded to one of the responsible employees? Another question: would the module have the history of all conversations made by me and other users?

Conversations are kept in the database, yes.

You may be able to create this scenario using Template Bots and specific options for the end user to choose from. IE: If user selects Department1, forward this message to John (by personally knowing that John is working in Department1)
