For some reason the pins for the uploaded entries don’t automatically show up on the map. Right now to get them to show up we have to “Edit” the listing, then “Save” it. We don’t actually make any changes, just edit & save. I see that other people are having this problem too & are told to make sure the CURL extension is enabled. We’ve verified that ours is.

By the way, I asked the question in previous comment that may help to understand the reason of these problems. The question was skipped.

Usually after verification I ask questions about Google API keys.
The API keys are correct & Google Maps JavaScript API, Google Static Maps API and Google Maps Directions API, & Google Maps Geocoding API are all enabled. However, this was done after the listings were uploaded to the sytstem. How do I get the system to request the geocoding now that the API keys are set correctly?
also I’m curious how come the Pin Markers shows up when we edit and save a listing IF our API or keys was not correct?
While you have problems with google maps displaying, geocoding will not work as well.
When you edit and save a listing – there isn’t request to geocoding API through the server, so it works fine.

Hello, unfortunately, there is no way. A review could be added for whole business listing. Each location may have one separate information field, that could be entered only by listings owner.
URGENT problem with last update

Just upgraded my support in order to solve this problem…
After updating to last 1.12.0 version, I am in big trouble. When trying to access from my admin dashboard the pages section or directory listing, there is a FATAL ERROR, as you can see for example here: http://prntscr.com/aqs6qn
As well, when any user is logged, trying to access to the directory listing pages always give as well a fatal error, or page does not load…
The directory listing is in https://ideasparatriunfar.com/directorio/ and you can easily access when not logged in, but after logging, always same problem.
Already done the following: - Increased the memory of my cloud server to 1024 MB - Delete and reload files of the plugin from FTP. - Disable theme and tried with Twenty. - Disable other plugins. - Check with my hosting provider.
The only way to fix the issue is disable your plugin. If disabled, I can access my pages as usually. Can you urgently help, please?

Yes, I tried to disable that plugin as well an still same problem. Indeed, right now is disabled and still not working. I can not even access my pages in the dashboard. the only option is to disable your plugin…
As well, yesterday I was all day with my hosting provider Siteground, and they even increased memeroy to 1024 MB, but still same problem. They recommend me to contact you, as plugin developer.
What do you think? Any ideas?

When you disable add-to-any plugin, this is impossible to get exactly the same error message. What is the text message you get?
Also did you try to disable all plugins except directory plugin?
Which directory plugin version you had before update? Was it working fine?

I tried to disable all plugins except WEB2.0 and same problem… Can you send me previous versions to check? It was working fine with 1.11.3.
However, I added the Google Apis for this last version. If you send me code for previous version, will it affect database of I can just uploaded by FTP?

This is impossible to roll back to previous version of the plugin if you didn’t make backups.

im 100% sure that my api was enabled and the keys both server and browser are correct i change it because our old api was using an google account with free geocoding and now we change it to a google account that has the business geocoding license, i enable all api and get the keys… but when i tried to check a listing that error showed up.
also we still having problem on making the Pin markers showing on the map unless we will edit the listing and save it without doing anything.

Hello, Google API console also has settings to restrict accepted IPs, this is optional field. Is this field empty for your keys?
if you’re talking about the IP’s that is optionally put on Server Key, yes it’s empty
So you may open javascript console in your browser, refresh the page and look which error code it will give.

I’m having some issues. We are going to start asking members to pay online via your directory listed on our website.
I have just activated the addon feature so that I can start invoicing my members. The “Directory Invoices” now shows on my Admin panel on the left side.
I created a new Listing Level but it doesn’t appear. Two different people have tried on two different computers at different locations. I’m not sure why this is happening.
Also, what happens when unlimited categories is checkmarked? I don’t understand how this work.
Also, how do I invoice members so they know they have to pay?
Can we export the existing member list?

Unlimited categories means that there is no limit on the number of selected categories.
Probably there is 3rd party plugins to export wordpress users, as soon as directory plugin does not manage users.

I had a suggestion: Can you consider introducing a payment model where besides the package levels which charge a flat rate, it will be possible also to charge a percentage of the customer price? e.g. i am using it to run a hotel directory and i would want customers to book via my system so i receive money on behalf of the hotel owner plus my commission then i remit the hotel rate and i am left with my commission – all done automatically. Would be good for it also to allow one to define multiple pricing especially in case of different hotel rooms. Is there a way i can add the word FROM outside the price field? Plus am having a CSS problem on my main directory page. it seems to distort the page’s environment settings. Is it possible to incorporate other forms plugins with your solution so i do not need to add an extra form plugin. Am currently using Ninja Forms. Would also be good if the forms can be configured per category because the info one might need for a hotel booking would be different to a restaurant. I think you misunderstood me completely. Let me summarise the points here:
1. Most accommodation booking sites use a fixed rate (which your plugin supports) or a commission on the price of each each room booked. Can you consider adding this second feature in the future?
2. Most hotels have more than 1 room type with different prices, is it possible to add the word ‘From’ in front of the price to show the lowest price which also gives the customer the hint that there is a higher price?
3. Your plugin is currently supporting Contact Form 7. Can you allow for support of other form plugins like Ninja forms?
4. I am listing hotels and restaurants. Their booking requirements are different so i was wondering if it is possible to generate independent forms and hence independent short codes for each – or better still require each listing to customise their own contact form via a form short code unique to them.
5. Regarding the CSS problem, i wish you can take some more time to keenly study the page i included above. The social media icons on the directory page next to the Breaking scroller are jumping when one hovers the mouse on them. Please check again.
6. Finally, your plugin lists the listings in a masonry fashion which is awesome. Can i make the background white to conform to my website’s design?

No, there aren’t such settings. The plugin uses comments system, that was installed in wordpress or native wordpress comments system, so you may use 3rd party plugins which give such ability.
