Hi, I mostly wanted to say the support is wonderful. It's a great plugin and while, like most people, there are a few features I hope to see added in the future. I have yet to buy anything that doesn't have a feature or two I would like to see. That is normal. None of that means anything if you can't get your setup questions answered. There is always a learning process and having good help docs and someone to ask questions to means a great deal. I do recommended this product.

Read up on custom categories and posts with subtypes ie ability to categorize something like Hospital/ Doctor/ Orthopedic

I have tested many plugins and themes listings based, none gives so much customizability or flexibility to create what you want.
All those I have tested were so straightforward. What you see is exactly what you get.
With this plugin, the more I explorer the more I discover.
The code is steady as a rock.
With a little imagination, a little experience you can create something awesome.
The only thing that I think needs to be increased, is the design part, not that is bad but is equally as good as the other features of the plugin.

I have tried 4-5 directory plugins here on CC. None of them come close to the quality of Directory 2.0.

Lot faster loading and really simple to use. Last directory I tried before this one had very sloppy code and documentation was horrible.
