How to get support on comments section?
First of all try to formulate your question/request as much exact as you can, provide as much details as you can. If your English is not good enough or your question is too complicated – make screenshots, screencasts, provide any links, so we can see your problem alive, provide your directory settings. Explain us what have you already done to solve this problem and why do you think the problem is in the plugin.
When you have technical problems do not forget to inform which version of the plugin currently installed on your WordPress instance, and was there any upgrades, from and to which versions of the plugin it was. Do not forget to mention about customizations if there were any.
