Hello I am creating a service directory with about 2000 different cities. I want to know if there is any shortcode that I can put in each city with a custom field of the city type [listing/new-york], [listing/paris]... in order to put the business listings automatically? I also wanted to know if it was possible to make 3 types of subscriptions: A free one to put basic data A paid one to insert the phone number A more expensive premium one in which the phone number will be placed individually at the top of the city (maybe with a shorcode like [premium-number/ city]). Hello, if I understand you correctly you need to specify locations for each listing separately and show them categorized by these locations. This is possible without shortcodes for each location, just one shortcode needed.
Also there is listings levels feature, where you can select which content fields to show and make “sticky on top” listings.

My feeling is that there is some kind of incompatibility with elementor pro. I noticed in the changelog that you have released changes regarding elementor. Could this have interfered? I’ll keep looking, but If you have any ideas of what might have changed since version 2.6.12 that could explain the problem, thanks.
Have investigated a bit further. Looks like the [webdirectory custom_home=1] shortcode displays webdirectory-buttons and [webdirectory-term-description] by default. Is this a new setting or has it been modified since version 2.6.12? This seems to be conflicting with my elementor pro template. Instead of displaying the [webdirectory-term-title] it seems to be displaying the elementor equivalent (“archive title”) instead.
I found the solution for those who might be interested, I’ll post it here. If you use elementor pro and have set up a custom archive page, make sure you exclude “listing” post types in the display rules of the templates.
However, still wondering how to hide the webdirectory buttons and breadcrumbs when custom_home=1
Do you mean they are at categories or locations pages? Because index page of the directory should not place these elements when custom home enabled.
Both, and also on tag pages. They appear in this order : term title, buttons, breadcrumbs and term description.
In fact, term title, buttons, breadcrumbs and term description are always displayed at the top of the page even when I change to the standard directory page ([webdirectory] shortcode, without custom_home=1). Also, neither the map or the search form are displayed in standard [webdirectory] page…

Hello, at the Maps & Addresses settings tab you can find needed setting “How many map markers to display on the map”. By default it show only map markers of visible listings on a page. All map markers not recommended.
Before buying I want to know If I can custom design your plugin as I want or can add custom JS code to modify. Also need to know if your plugin support rest API. Also need to know If I can create custom field and remove default field.

Putting shortcode [webdirectory-listing-page] or [webdirectory-listing-page directory=”1”] on the special page makes the page work, but listings from all directories appear on the page. Changing the catalog ID in the shortcode causes the special page for single listings to stop displaying.

This plugin features comments / ratings / claim listing / submit listing options right? but lacks user management and relies on default wordpress user management which not at all convenient for a large scale branded website. There are no setting for custom forms, it just enables custom login/registration forms instead of default wordpress, this is exactly what you wanted, right? Please confirm this, hard to understand what you exactly need.

Directory plugin uses wordpress media library functions. Currently there is noway to limit the size from directory plugin, but this is in our to-do list.

I am using Woocommerce payment method.
I have a single package level with 50 listing.
User have subscribed a package and submitted the 1st listing. Now when he try to add another listing it is showing 49 listing left but when he tries to submit another listing, it again goes to the woocommerce checkout page.
FYI – I have enabled the option – Hide choose level page
Query – How to skip woocommerce checkout page when user already have listing available in this account?

Logo not visible in mobile version. 4. Search button not visible in form in some pages.

What do you mean “not working properly”? It does not send emails?
Actually it should work in both versions. The only thing I can say that we will be happy to fix these issues if it will not work properly in full version of the plugin.
We use your plugin on our production site (2.7.3 version of your plugin) We have a staging site (2.7.3 version of your plugin) We have a development site (2.6.12 version of your plugin).
On production & staging, your plugin has broken/co-opted our 404

We are having problems when a new listing is submitted (from a brand new user), it is overwriting the previously submitted listing (from another user). This is a HUGE issue, as these are paid listings, and it is completely replacing the previous listing.
After going through the comments on here to related issues, I have already checked the following things for resolution, with no success.
- Downloaded and Reinstalled the latest version of the plugin - Checked that woocommerce, and woocommerce subscriptions are both up to date. - We are not running a cache plugin (it seems other users have had issues with W3cache before) - Checked our product settings, as well as our directory settings.
Can you please help?

Our Frontend submission login mode is set to “Necessary to fill in user info form”

the same issue was known due to conflicting with another plugin, like some sort of custom post types plugins. Check your installed plugins and try to deactivate them one by one.
When I input the Licensing Information (access token & purchase code) and click ”Save Now,” it is stuck ”Saving Now.” I have the newest version of the plugin installed. Please help.
I did this : I swited off all other plugins and reinstall the Directory. Now, It seems work, and refresh quickly.

I renewed support here awhile after I purchased the directory then you mentioned i had support already. I’m sure its saved in the files somewhere but, that doesnt matter. I just recalled it from back then so I havent renewed it this time. all good but I am concerned that 6 days later, I’ve now had to pay some advanced developers to try and fix the issue. Don’t get me wrong, I love the program, just need to know if theres any fixes after I did the update and the wordpress latest update. Seem to have messed things up for the listings and no they have mostly been removed from their 1st page of google searches, thats all.
