Documentation quality is fantastic, really indepth tutorials that follows a practical process and very easy to integrate into your website regardless of whether you're using Elementor. The pre-purchase support was excellent, the after sales support is fantastic.
Therefore; customer support is 10/10. Documentation quality 10/10. Completely customisable which was one of my pre-purchase questions. Can't speak highly of this plugin.

This is a good plugin and well supported. Unfortunately I had to turn the plugin off to test something, and when I turned it back on again some of my settings had vanished.

Glad you're enjoying the plugin! UberMenu will never remove your settings because the plugin was deactivated, but it does store some style caches in transients for efficiency - those may have been cleared when the plugin was deactivated and may have needed to be rebuilt by just re-saving the settings page when the plugin was reactivated. Really good plugin. It has a bit of a learning curve, and the documentation could be better, but it's quite powerful. Also, residual styling from the theme is a real thing. Took me hours to figure this part out. Look it up if you have a problem with styling.
This is a great menu plugin with a ton of options for customization. There's a lot of great material in the knowledgebase, but what really pushed it over the top for me is the customer support. I was having trouble figuring one setting, and support was able to quickly provide the CSS coding I needed to make it look how I wanted.

Hi Pieterbijpieter,
We've had hundreds of customers use UberMenu successfully with the Enfold theme.
We have a complete guide on getting set up with Enfold in the Knowledgebase: https://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-3/theme-integration/enfold . Enfold does interfere with the menu out of the box due to how it is coded (not something UberMenu can control, unfortunately), but the code we provide to integrate easily resolves this.
