Best customer support ever... Very responsive, clear communications, and very willing to help out in any way. Wouldn't hestitate recommending this plugin as it's a very customisable menu solution which is often lacking using off the shelp themes.

It blended in perfectly with my theme (which is not a popular one). The support's been great too.

Seriously the plugin is way too complicated to use if you want to get a nice result. WHen you try some new elementor theme or plugin with mega menu, you ca have great results, easily. But with this plugin is it a nightmare. Overall, no template is included so really it is impossible to get something really nice

While the plugin itself is packed with tons of features (that suited our project perfectly!), I wanted to commend the support for this plugin. The developer was especially responsive, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Really appreciative for the plugin and the developer's customer support.

Great customer support on what is quite a feature-packed plugin. Iniitally it might seem a bit overwhelming (we are plugging it into Flatsome), but quick support from the developers made it easier. They sent detailed information and you could tell they genuinely want you to get the best out of their plugin. Thankyou again - thoroughly recommend, plus great support A+++

I've been using this on my site now for about a year and it's game changing. Being able to customize your menus with various different elements, such as adding dropdowns, icons and images, really helps to add extra depth of connectivity to websites. I will 100% be using Uber Menu in future sites.

This is an incredibly powerful and flexible plugin, and I'm amazed at how much it can do after getting through a moderate learning curve. I will never consider another menu plugin because the support is among the best I've seen for any product. Anywhere. Ever.

Chris did two things exceedingly well, both of which seem increasingly rare: 1. read my trouble ticket thoroughly and took the time to understand all the details 2. thoroughly addressed them, providing more depth with each round of troubleshooting (complicated problem, so three rounds of emails) until I had 100% total satisfaction. I couldn't believe how thorough, professional, and friendly he was. So many firms/devs treat support as a necessary evil, not realizing how a great support experience can make for a lifelong customer who will enthusiastically share/recommend the product. That's exactly what I plan to do, along with (of course) using this amazing tool on whatever project I can justify it!
