Hi Flo, A question are you looking into making the plugin PHP 8.x compatible? It throws the following issue; PHP Fatal error: __autoload() is no longer supported, use spl_autoload_register() instead
And I would like to get my websites on the 8.x branches soon. Hope you can look into this.

Hey Patrick, yes, this is of course planned and is already on the agenda. However, WordPress is not yet fully compatible with PHP 8, so I’ll probably wait a bit to see how WordPress handles this.

PS: SNIP does not currently use the __autoload() function. Maybe the error message comes from another plugin or an older version?

Hey there, it depends where your questions and answers are. If they’re in the database somewhere, SNIP can probably fetch this data from there to automatically generate Q&A Schema.

I see structured data in header. I can’t install your premium plugin without PHP 7.4 I get error when I try to install it. Lot of plugins are limited to 7.3 PHP version My test was with free version and I can’t turn off yoast schema markup i see it in header.

I can’t install your premium plugin without PHP 7.4SNIP will continue to run on 7.3 but will show an error message. PHP 7.3 will not get any (security) updates as of December 6, 2021 (one week from now). Please see here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PHP#Release_history Running on 7.3 will soon be a security issue. So please consider upgrading your PHP version.
