I have sent requests for support to plugin.progressmap@gmail.com several times with absolutely no response whatsoever. My last request was in September of this year. I am going to be forced to leave a 2 star rating for Progress Map on Google, Codecanyon, Trustpilot and anywhere else I can if I don’t receive the support I paid for when I purchased this plugin. Very disappointing!

Hi, I’m a real estate agent, with a WordPress website. I need a map on my website, which will show locations of my properties. Your plugin looks good, but is it possible if i add a property location on your map, for a user to then click on that location/image on your map…and that to take the user directly to the property within my website? My carousel isn’t working. How can I activate it? How can I place a pin with an image on the map? Do I need to do this separately for each page? It involves different coachees who should be visible. Which is better for the carousel: creating a post or a page?

Bonjour, I encounter a problem, the map displayed on the home page only displays 1 location. When I display the same map on another page all the locations are displayed. I test by changing the homepage and the problem appear when the map is displayed on homepage. Test with default theme and problem is the same.

Can you please explain to me what could be causing this problem?

All KMLs are always in a different map. But I can also see a route in Peru in India or Israel….and so different routes or markers are far apart. I’ve already looked through the Progress Map Peru with other maps. Everything is correct. What else can I do

I have two questions I can’t seem to find in support docs:

1. Is there a way or an extension that will allow a user to choose which categories of custom post markers are shown on the map via checkboxes in a legend? Can this also be done to show / hide a polygon layer?

2. How can we make hyperlinks active inside Infobox Custom Content?

Should updates be done in stages? Where are the old versions?

Hi, When I activate the Circle around the user’s location, the setttings of the circle and stroke are not showed correctly. It stays always blue. I deactivated all other plugins and also tried with theme twenty seventeen. Checked the settings in the database, they are ok. An other installation for testing purpose with the same plugins activated, behaves right. Thank you very much for help!

Hello, I have encountered issues on interactive TVs with Andorid OS. I can move the maps and interact with the markers, but I cannot check the terms on faceted search. Additionally, I cannot open the posts from the carousel items, although I can open the modal from the markers’ infobox…This suggests that there might be problems with the “touch events” in these two areas: faceted search and carousel.

To provide more technical specifics, the models of the two TVs where I encountered the issue are: Philips 55BDL6051C and Newline RS+ (with Android 8.0.0)

Are there any solutions? Is it a known issue? Thank you.
