I have Progress Map, the List & Filter, and Submit locations plugins on my site. I also have 5 different Maps set up in Progress Map. How can I stop all these extra images from being generated?

Is there a way to set the size of the circle around the user’s location to 0.5 km? Thanks a lot for help and kind regards

Hi, When I activate the Circle around the user’s location, the setttings of the circle and stroke are not showed correctly. It stays always blue. I deactivated all other plugins and also tried with theme twenty seventeen. Checked the settings in the database, they are ok. An other installation for testing purpose with the same plugins activated, behaves right. Thank you very much for help!

Hello, I have encountered issues on interactive TVs with Andorid OS. I can move the maps and interact with the markers, but I cannot check the terms on faceted search. Additionally, I cannot open the posts from the carousel items, although I can open the modal from the markers’ infobox…This suggests that there might be problems with the “touch events” in these two areas: faceted search and carousel.

To provide more technical specifics, the models of the two TVs where I encountered the issue are: Philips 55BDL6051C and Newline RS+ (with Android 8.0.0)

Are there any solutions? Is it a known issue? Thank you.

Hello! We are having issues with a number of our map locations all showing up at the same address, even though the unique addresses are showing up correctly on their specific pages. Here is a link to our map: https://alkemeins.com/offices/. We have 11 locations showing up in Utah, and there should only be 1. We have regenerated the markers multiple times and it didn’t do anything. I will also share some images through email so you can see the backend. Thanks for the help!

Hi there, I have a project, where they made +500 listings using WP GoMaps combined with Advanced Custom Fields, where the Location is merely an address and the Lat/Long field is only a single field called ‘location’. Now, I want to migrate to Progress Maps, but the doc says I need the Lat and Long fields as separate fields. Is there maybe still some way to go ahead and convert the old locations to the progress maps location fields? I’d like to avoid having to copy the address from one field to another for +500 posts.

Hi, I’ve need to go through my media and renew feature and other images for listings, but want to keep the same image file name. I realise this can cause issues within wordpress (images not getting updated immediately) and I have cleared the dynamic cache on server and regenerated thumbnails.

This usually sorts all issues with the images on my Dashboard, however new feature images are not showing on the map. I have taken screenshots but can’t attach. Any suggestions what else I can try? Thank you

We’re having an issue where the map doesn’t complete loading, the spinner just sits there. If you refresh, it’ll come right up. I searched through others posts here so know its likely due to some other script compression or speed scripts, but unsure how to figure out which is causing the problem? (I’ve enabled the debugging mode on the map options)
