Excellent plugin, unique, very useful and with a very honest and fast support.
Works with a own smtp system but will be work with any smtp plugin too.
A lot of customizations and very lightweight and stable.

for Flexibility

I've used PSN for three years now on a site to notify me of new bookings. No issues so far. Takes a while to understand the functionality but it is very flexible. Couldn't find the option to specify a custom "REPLYTO" though!

for Bugs

Pliugin causes multiple bugs/crashes on the website. Customer support is absolutely not responsive/inexistent. I do not recommend this item. You'd better look for alternatives

Sorry for not responding in the holidays. The last request you sent me was a question if I can help you setting up the plugin for a fee. I'm afraid I can't provide that.

The only "bug" report you sent me was a PHP notice generated by another plugin. On the one hand, this is not a bug and on the other hand, PSN is not responsible for it.

for Customer Support

I have installed this plugin with no luck getting HTML emails to work. With plain text some characters are not displayed properly.

For wp_job_manager multiple emails are sent, even after following their recommendations in setting up rules.

I have opened two tickets and have received no response in over a month. There is no support for this buggy product.

Thanks for your feedback. There is support and the product works for what it's designed for. This is the 2nd 1-star-rating in 4 years. The first one's user did not understand the purpose of PSN ;-)

I bought dozens of plugins and this one is probably the best I bought. He gets some awesome features (I was like "it will be cool if... wait, it can do that too! WTFFF", at least 10 times), and it UX is absolutely awesome.

Unfortunally the plugin is not working correctly and the support didn't solve the issue during the 6 months of support.

Sorry that the bug could not be fixed. But this feedback is far too general. The plugin works very well and is very stable in the current version. You should have pointed out the specific issue.

Been in touch with Timo for some feature extension to PSN about a year ago, and since I worked and needed it for a customer, he kindly let me try it out before actually buying it. 100% kind and helpful support, plus the plugin is feature-packed and easy to follow when something (as a mistake I made in a rule) goes wrong and e-mails don't get sent. Sorry, but this is a no-brainer, and I will buy it again if I need some fancy notifications :).
