When you create an application and you plan to continue selling it you should make sure that it continues to work. I am mainly writing this to save others the heartache that many purchasers have experience. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WORK OUT THE BUGS YOURSELF.

I purchased this application in Feb of 2021. I dropped on my server running and no version of PHP from 5 to 7.4 allowed me to install it. If you read through the comments you'll see that tons of people are having issues with timely responses. It isn't worth the headache.

Website says well commented code but it's really far from it. Code isn't commented at all. No friendly variable names all the variable names are in a custom number format.

But that wouldn't have even mattered if the program works out of the box but it doesn't. I replicated program as per the documentation sample (same database names, user accounts) it still doesn't work.

No response to comments or website inquires. Feels like I've wasted my money.

Apparently the creator left the project, has several security flaws dangerous files get into the chat folders without any explanation, and that only happens to the chat, also when putting php 7.2 some failures begin such as: they do not update the customers properly, the chats do not open well on the operator side, in short it is a disaster, so I change this rating since I have finally been disappointed, I suggest that others look carefully at the date of the last update of the plugin before buying and checking with your developer before to see if he responds.

The product lacked many of the features expected within other chat products. We've subsequently moved on to Livezilla
