2- Does your application allow you to create several operators?

3- Does your application allow you to assign sites to operators?

4- Does your application allow you to transcribe all email discussions? -

5- Does your application allow you to communicate in any language thanks to translation?

Is it possible to create unlimited operators? We have hundreds of different vendors who need to talk to their respective visitors and customers in their store in our marketplace. So on a specific product or store page, visitor or customer can talk to this vendor and this vendor alone, but the customer can switch to other vendors from a chat session list on the left. Is this possible?

Is this project dead? Is there a update coming out? It’s been since April 2018 since anything and been done and it seems as if your not responding to anyone’s request. Please advise of the situation and or if there is a new release under this branding or a new script completely wrote and a new charge for it.
