No, separate extension not related to External Chatbot.

I mean from embeded chatbot

Voice chatbot is a separate embeddable chatbot, just like external chatbot. Current External Chatbot does not have voice support, maybe we will consider that sometime in the future, but not a priority at the moment.

External chatbot extension prior to purchase: with the latest update, is the Personal API function available to customers?

It is already integrated in the next version of the extension, coming up next week after we update the new interface of the extension as well, we integrated personal API there for all supported AI vendors within our Extended Chatbot extension.

Yes, we already have it, just were too busy with few big custom projects for our Davinci ai, will make it available at the marketplace soon. You can already customize the chatbot assistant text as needed via the extension itself, full translation option is coming soon.

You can’t, you need to purchase the extension and check with the extension code itself.

We don’t see any issues with your licenses, make sure you update as explained in the docs, for versions between v7.1 and v8.3.1 there is a new step 0 that you need to follow, or download the latest version of the script and reinstall it.
