Also, I noticed font color not changing on embeded chat box. It shows black on black even when I changed it to white, red from chatbot configuration.
Also do you have any plan of giving custom css code option for embed chatbox? That will give people with basic html/css knowledge to customize it with their brand.

Hi Berkine I have purchased extended license and I have submitted couple of tickets since yesterday about couple of issues and bonus credit. I did receive the response but the answers neither gave solution to my problem, neither anything about promo credits.

You replied just 2 hours ago to all your ticket, our support SLA time is stated under the support tab above which is up to 24 working hours and based on the queue. If you need 5-10 min priority support, then you can subscribe to our Premium Support plan which you can subscribe via the Marketplace in Admin Panel, and you will be included into our VIP list of customers with 24 hours priority support, otherwise all cases are standard cases that is cleared strictly based on the incoming queue order.
