Can I have a sample csv for importing events.
There is no specific sample CSV which is required. Importing the events need mapping your CSV file columns header with the available inputs. I recommend using https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/ to export your events from other website and https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-import/ to import in to new website using the Eventer plugin.
May I ask you for sample csv file for importing events.
It seems that when a user books an event via smartphone, the ticket sent back by the plugin arrives “cut in half” (see attachments)
Then, tryin’ to check if the ticket can still be scanned via app, I downloaded the app and it don’t accept the API key (see third attachment)
So how can we solve these issues?

i know your module support multisite. Different domain, regardless multisite or single site require unique license, correct? How about the licensing for multisite based on directory/folder NOT subdomain or domain ? can i just use 1 license?
A single Standard or extended license works for a single site whether sub-domain or sub-directory.

Eventer no longer works…
The eventer market app also doesn’t work to install or register eventer.
When I place license, it returns to post menu and never authenticates…I think its envato not me..
I’ve restore from backups and rolled back wp but none of that helped.

This menu option keeps appearing even when I delete the relevant page (which is also recreated)!
I believe that your website menu is using the auto list new pages. You can either switch it off or save the eventer page as private/draft.

Is it possible to use one email to do multiple registration? If it is, how is it done?
There is no restriction for the number of times an email can be used to book tickets. You may restrict a ticket type to be booked only a time by any email but that is event and ticket specific.
I have a question regarding the check-ins. So, let’s say that a user buys 3 tickets. When a user does that, all 3 tickets end up having the same ID, resulting in only being able to check-in 1 person from the 3 from that same sale. Is there a setting I need to change to be able to have each of those tickets as separate?
After I updated the plugin to version 3.7, I was told to activate it with my purchase code. Several attempts to activate using my code has not been successful. I need urgent help!

I don’t see any error. Once I put in the purchase code and click on Register, I get re-directed to the Posts page automatically and the plugin doesn’t get activated.
Can you try it in an Incognito window or do a hard refresh by pressing Shift + Ctrl/Cmd + R keys on your keyboard.

Is there any way to enable tickets to be purchased on the day of the event? The front end shows “Booking closed”. I’ve set “Disable the booking before number of days Ex: 2.” to -1, but the issue remains. I tried logging into you support website at https://support.imithemes.com/help/login but receive an error “Error – 403 – rest_cookie_invalid_nonce. Cookie check failed”

This should not be happening. Will take a look maybe it’s a cache settings which is blocking cookies for you.

Hi. Further to my previous question I see that j0schi has exactly the same issue that I have (front end showing more tickets than actually booked). Has it been resolved for them?
I don't really want to take out another support contract if this is a bug with the plugin as previously it was working fine until recent updates. Thanks!

Is it possible that the employee scans the code and the ticket becomes invalid?
This Plugin seems to have bugs:
When i change the available tickets form 6 to 5 after an event was created the frontend still shows 6 tickets available. The backend shows the correct ammount of 5 available tickets after reloading.
Additionally when a customer buys tickets, the page counts down and shows the correct ammount. When i reload the page it counter jumps back to 6 available tickets.
This is horrible we oversold several events because of that! I need a fix ASAP! I am ready to extend my support, if you can confirm that we can fix this bug!
It has been 5 days since i asked… Thats to much response time for an emergency… I guess i am gonna try buy a support extension and then hope that this is answered faster…
Sorry, I missed your comment. I just did a few tests and the ticket count is working for me with default payment as well as with the Woocommerce enabled. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin.
