Send reminder email x minutes/hours/days before event/booking start?

Registrations show up only as “Name”.... where is the setting to split these and make “first name” and “last name”? I want to use just the first name when sending out the emails so it is more personal.

The easiest way to do is to change the label of the default name field to ‘First Name’ by changing the string using Loco Translate plugin. And then add another field in the booking form as ‘Last Name’. This way you ask users to enter both the names in separate fields.

I have client chasing me for tickets. We are using WooCommerce for transactions.

Order goes through Woo does not mark order as completed Woo does not update Eventer, so tickets not sent Manually update Woo order to completed but still not passed to Eventer.

On checking, this seems to happen too often.

I am checking my site for connectivity issues, but surely just marking Woo orders as completed should trigger Eventer to create order & tickets?

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the Eventer i.e. v3.11.4

Check and confirm if the Woo products used as tickets are using ‘eventer’ as product category.

Email delivery may get delayed or never completes in case website is depending in WP CRON. To assure email delivery you can set CRON using your website hosting. See relevant doc https://support.imithemes.com/docs/eventer/cron-jobs-scheduled-emails/

You are good with the shortcode, it just need to have the ID of your ‘Business’ category in the term_cats attribute like terms_cats=”72”.

2. Woocommerce is seamlessly integrated in the Eventer plugin, you don not need to create any product/service manually. As soon as you create tickets for your events, the products gets created by own and linked to your events booking.

Hi, after the recent upgrade, the total amount for selected tickets stopped working correctly when tickets with different prices are selected. In that case, only the tickets from the last selected option are summed. Best regards

Great plugin and lot’s of good experiences, but unfortunately after the recent Woocommerce update e-mails with the attached tickets are not send to customers anymore. Is there a solution for that available?

Also verify you have enabled the email template https://support.imithemes.com/docs/eventer/emails/#3-event-ticket-email-with-attachment and also it is not disabled per event basis.

We are using your plugin for quite a while and are super happy with it. But there is a little issue, we would like to hide the remainings seats/tickets for our customers and only want to show when the course is booked. Looking through all available documentation and tried everything but still we could manage that. We are talking about this section:

Is there a possibility to hide it from your interface or do we have to do it manually with a CSS-Code?

Plugin doesn’t send the tickets anymore after a recent Woocommerce update. Custom messages doesn’t come through to customers anymore and tickets are not visible in confirmation e-mail.
