One of the needs of most event owners is for the registration fee payments to come directly to their account. So can each event organiser select a payment gateway for their event? If this feature is not there, would you consider adding it?

At the moment, booking payments can only be received by the website owner. If you’re using WooCommerce Bookings with Eventer, you might consider using a vendor plugin like WC Vendors to help achieve the functionality you’re looking for.
We do have plans to add native multi-vendor support in the future, but it’s currently lower on our development roadmap as it requires significant effort and time.

Hi, I just realized I must have used my registration code on my development site and not the final site. I noticed your plugin hadn’t been registered on my main site and when I went to enter it, I received a message the code was already used. I tried submitting a support ticket on your site but I couldn’t because support had expired. Is there a way to unregister from my development site so I can register it with my actual site? Thank you.

Purchase code can be deregistered from the website’s dashboard => Eventer => License where it is currently registered. If the plugin was deactivated or the website is reset then write at envato[at]imithemes.com with your purchase code to get it deregitered.

Yes, form can be customized as per your need. Tickets delivered with QR codes so they can be scanned at the venue by using the official Eventer Check-In mobile app.
Can user user regular QR scanner? Or use custom brand?
Check in process can only be completed with the official Eventer Check-In app, so it can mark the entry in the system.
Can we pay more for custom brand app scanner? And on the details I see drag & drop form builder, why I can’t find it on demo site?

It is possible to have an event with multiple days, and each day have different times for booking?

Unfortunately you can not set different time per day in cae of multi day event or recurring event instances.
Bookings must be done through the single event details page.
Yes, taxes are all part of Woocommerce and you can define them in the Woo settings and keep the ticket price excluding tax.
There is a setting in the plugin’s payment settings which can be enabled to mark any order with any actual status to be set a completed.

Hi, can i customize the registration form to include file upload field? My events require only the main person incharge to register and he can add mutiple participants quantity. Then he can just upload a file list of participant, without input one by one. is this possible?

Yes, with the latest version any Eventer or Eventer Services products should not show up on the shop page or any page using standard WP queries. If your website is using some custom wp_query then you may need to tell it to hide all the products from ‘eventer’ and ‘eventer_services’ categories.

Using Eventer with the Woocommerce can offer user cancellation options with using the official plugin https://woocommerce.com/document/customer-order-cancellation-for-woocommerce/
Email notifications for cancellation can be configured with the aforementioned plugin.
Eventer will display ‘All Booked’ message when there is no ticket available for any or only ticket type.
