Ok, the plugin author reached out and said Envato users have to email for support. However the envato website sends you to the plugin author's website where they ask you to pay again. It is very misleading and they need to fix it. The method of obtaining support for Envato users should be clearly stated.

Old version was buggy. They updated recently to 1.8 fixed all the bugs. Super happy. Thank you for putting in the work.

Excelente atención y gran capacidad de resolución, por causa de otros plugins no funcionaba correctamente, localizaron y resolvieron el incidente con mucha eficiencia, en cuanto al funcionamiento, lo veo fácil e intuitivo, hecho de menos poder poner todo el contenido en castellano, pero qué le vamos ha hacer, en algún momento llegará la traducción
Well-designed plugin with strong functionality – but poor support and frontend issues
Clockinator Pro is a well-structured and feature-rich time management system. It includes many great tools for managing attendance, shifts, leave requests, and overall employee tracking. The admin panel is clean and easy to navigate, and the overall UX feels solid.
However, there’s a major downside: the employee panel (frontend) is completely broken in terms of CSS and design. It lacks any styling and appears unfinished, which creates a poor experience for employees.
Even worse, there’s been no helpful response from the support team regarding this issue. It’s disappointing to purchase a "Pro" version and then discover that a fully functional frontend requires an additional $20 addon (Clockinator Frontend Dashboard)—something that should be clearly stated in the product description.
This plugin has a lot of potential, but it seriously needs better transparency and support.

great plugin that offers the features i need and even more. The Beast Themes team is very responsive and supportive, they made a customization and it worked great!
The plugin does not do what it promised; I wasted my money for nothing. And why should I pay for a pro plugin that has your branding on it? There are no options to white label the plugin.

I am using this plugin for last few months, good plugin. but some problem is in dashboard responsiveness in content for tablet view and mobile view. the table does not break in properly it squses the content in even small screen. sometime in mobile it detect as tablet specially mobile in 6.8" or 6.9". there is definitely need some work. also need a admin dashboard panel (same like btcl dashboard ). at this moment to manage everything you need to login to wordpress admin.
So Many things--cannot comment on a task--gives an error. No place to enter comments for a clockin on the employee side (unless I'm missing it, but I can't find documentation.) No where to find out the list of shortcodes again after set up of the plugin. Documentation links lead to dead ends or the same blog post on their site. The link in CodeCanyon for support takes you to their website where eventually you can stumble onto the support area but you need to register and ---PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP in order to get support? WHAT the actual what? I just paid for the plugin and it came with support--that I can't reach without seeming to have to pay again for the product I just bought here.
It does get 3 stars for being able to run a timer, which was my main objective. It's "pretty" and there's a spot to enter your own CSS for the dashboard for employees. The Project dashboard looks nice and it's pretty intuitive to add tasks to a project and assign them to employees. But I'd expect the employee side to be able to enter comments on tasks (nope, error).
Just, please, how do you actually get support and proper documentation?

And on employee dashboard each employee have option to comment on assigned task( just open task detail page scroll below and you will find comment area there you can add your comments ).

I purchased the pro license, even after 4 days I didn't receive the WordPress installable plugin zip., only I have received the license code file. I contact the envato but no response yet citing huge volume of queries and less manpower, I contact the vendor but his reply to just contact envato. Also I have downloaded the lite version which is available free but the no option to upgrade it to pr version by inseritng text code. Strange situation

I left a prior bad review to BEAST THEMES for their plugin, and their support... I believe that now to be mutual bad communication via emails... After some new communication via email and their support team... I firmly believe and have been physically shown that BEAST THEMES is fully dedicated to helping the END USER, BUYER, DEVELOPER that they support the products they sell without hesitation or delay! Once communication was straighten out... I gave them temporary Admin Logins and they were online and repairing the conflicts, bugs or issues within 12 hours of relaying that information! WOW!! Got communication that the issues were resolved and to let them know if I had any other issues, to contact them. WOW!! Amazed at my original point of view of BEAST THEMES vs. now! I would buy and recommend their products to anyone that has use for them without hesitation!! THANK YOU BEAST THEMES!!! I appreciate your support and follow through!
