The plugin does not do what it promised; I wasted my money for nothing. And why should I pay for a pro plugin that has your branding on it? There are no options to white label the plugin.

What design quality issues do you have? can you let us know so we can improve our plugin? And for our branding, you can remove it from the code files( we can help you with this ) if you want.
