Your “question overview-page” uses the standard blog-template from my theme. But I am not in control of the sidebars on these stationairy pages, as I am on my custom built pages. That means that my sidebar sucks big time.

I would really like to custom build the landing-page for your category-overview. Will this not be possible to somehow overrule?

When I choose the “View” option from the backend (in BWL section) I get following link:

How do I change the “you need to be logged in” text + insert HTML? Like link/ button to log-in page?

Hi is it possible to show the content of the knowledge base question in the same page as the question? for exemple, I would like to click on the question link and the answer displays just under the question, not into another page.

I tried to make a custom single page for my KB Posts but it is not working for me. I used your KB article.

During editing the KB article I cannot change the page… and only renaming the single.php file doesn’t work. My KB article page looks like still the Blog Post pages

Another issue that I’m currently facing is with the External question form on questions detail page. I just cannot make it to submit the custom question succesfully.

Note: My setup is http frontend with https backend with the help of WordPress HTTPS plugin.

I want to echo this request from a few months ago made by someone else:

1: How can I remove the “Add A Knowledge Base Question !” section from the individual kb items? I know there is a parameter to disable it, but that means I cannot use the shortcode at all anywhere, which is not good for me.

You had responded that this would be added in a later release. Is this in the current release and I just missed it or is this feature not released yet?
