Seems very unintuitive and overly complex, the phrasing of the verbiage is very odd. I tried it for an hour and moved on, did not do what i hoped.

this is a quality plugin for wordpress. We have over 400 entries to manage in our knowledge base and this app works flawlessly! And customer service has been fast and extremely helpful.

Giving this plugin 5 starts for nice functionality and responsive support via email. We had several questions/issues that were promptly answered and resolved. Mainly configuration issues or need for custom CSS code. Thanks!

This plugin is great! You can build nearly everything, not only knowledge base.
Hopefully, he author will add more and more power and addons to it.
