Hi, We are trying to hook BWL up to WP Customer Area. WP Customer Area allows users to be assigned to groups, and then those groups can be set as the owners of posts from a post/page/custom post type. Our goal is to have the (for lack of a better term) BWL archive page built by the BWL shortcode, e.g. this http://preview.codecanyon.net/item/bwl-knowledge-base-manager/full_screen_preview/7972812?_ga=1.85932953.1270102091.1478095203 to only show BWL KB posts that are owned by the logged in user’s group. Am I going to need to remove_shortcode on bwl_kb and rebuild it to include a check against the user’s group ownership? Is there a simpler path perhaps? I am aware of your Restrict KB Access by User Role Addon, but that appears to be user role specific from the documentation. Any direction would be greatly appreciated

Hi – there is a conflict between this plugin and the Awesome Support help desk plugin. It turns all the titles of their tickets to the same title. There is a free version on wordpress.org if you want to check it out to see why that’s happening.

I already have “WooCommerce Search Box” which provides AJAX query of the Woocommerce products. For some reason, your search box is providing the same functionality instead of a KB search. Have you any suggestions how I can stop it using the same function? This is the other plugin field: <input name=”s” class=”search” type=”text” placeholder=”Search here…” value=”” autocomplete=”off”> and this is yours: <input name=”s” class=”s search_icon” id=”s” type=”text” size=”25” placeholder=”Search Keywords ….. ” value=”” autocomplete=”off” data-search-box-unique-id=”64904068”> -- is it because they both have an input name of “s”??? thanks

Dude, you can’t go asking people with eCommerce sites for their admin access!!! (especially when I explain this in detail – you and another plugin are both using a simple name for an input field of “s”).

I’ve fixed this by changing the name of the input field in bwl-kb-manager/shortcode/bkb-shortcodes.php on line 820 from name=”s” to name=”bkb_search”. It seems to work but please tell me if this is not a good fix.

Table of content scroll offset is not working for me. See http://www.mcmwebsites.nl/kennisbank/wordpress-site-beveiligingen/. Can you fix this? Also in the sidebar I have a category list, “Doe het zelf categorieën”, with icons. I choose a different icon for each category but nothing changed in this list. You see the doc icon and only marketing is showing a check icon that I diodn’t choose. How can this be?

- KB plugin does not offer any TOC widget in sidebar area. TOC display top of KB post content like following example-

Then, how it come in widget area?

hi, I see there are feeds urls in the head of the feed section of your plugin. But the feed urls is a 404.

Example https://www.domain.com/support/feed/ does not exist where /support/ is the index page of the BWL plugin. in the sourcecode of https://www.domain.com/support/ there is a link to https://www.domain.com/support/feed/

same on categories and BWL articles

Hi, There is a conflict between BWL and Modern Tribe’s Events Calendar’s filter bar (tribe-bar). The conflict prevents the the filter from returning events when a search is performed.

No results return from tribe bar filter when bwl is activated, however, the filter returns the expected results when bwl is deactivated.
