Hi, this is a pre-sale question. How do you deal with nested categories? I played around with the admin demo I found for your KB plugins and created a sub-category with a test page, but by selecting the parent category, the sub category was not listed anywhere.


I have your plugin install across my multi site. On one of my sub domain sites, when the plugin is activated, it brakes the site and produces a 500 server error.

Please advise,

Hello – Good plugin, but the key drawback for us is that the lag time on the ajax search is much slower than your FAQ plugin. Do you have plans to improve this – i.e. perhaps use the same speedy functionality as on the other plugin? This will make a big difference in our decision to stick with the plugin, or not. Thank you.

- FAQ plugin search only works for currently displayed items. But KB plugin search find the keyword in entire KB items. That’s why it seems bit slow. But it’s much more efficient than FAQ plugin.

Note: You can limit KB search function to find & match keywords only in KB post title. It will speed up your search functionality.

Hi Is it possible to bring the attachment section above the Voting box and the sharing? To insert it actually in the article section? Because it is way below everything and I am afraid users won’t find it and think the article is over and there is no attachment. Also there is no anchor point so I can’t even link to it. Thanks!
