I lready sent you an email that I have upgrade it to the latest version and it doesn’t work. Why this only happens when i am adding the date field? This doesn’t happen with the rest of the fields? This is so crazy. Please provide a solution
I am sure you guys are aware of this big issue, but you act like there is nothing wrong. I found the error. and this happens only with the date field, and it has nothing to do with other plugins. Figured this out.
How do we remove the date dropdown in the date format? I am trying to collect credit card information, but I don’t want to show day. just month and year?
The Day is a built in part of the Date field, it’s not easily removable. You can use two Dropdown Menus one for Month and one for Year. If you put them in a two column group set to Float left they will be near each other.

Add a Hidden field to the form and get the unique ID of it from the field Settings. Then add a HTML element BELOW the Hidden field, with the name attribute the same as the unique ID of the Hidden field. E.g.
<input type="tel" name="iphorm_1_5">
Give the Hidden field a label such as “Telephone”.

If you go to the Checkboxes field and under the Options tick “Customize values” on the Label for each Option, add this code after the label text:

Doing some research seems to be good for prune sent by SMTP servers that have certain restrictions to prevent spam. Add the Web API method as has the addon to mandrillapp of mymail.
Can you see Solution #5 on this page, it has steps for SMTP debugging.
There isn’t anything built into Quform to send using the Mandrill Web API, so this would require custom development. It would be a lot easier if you can get SMTP working.

The last upgrade stopped recognising recaptcha keys. Upon updating, the recaptcha has changed to a checkbox against: “I am not a robot”. However clicking on it does not work either and the website visitor is stuck with form not working. Changing the human verification from recaptcha to simple captcha made it work. But I would like to use recaptcha. Had you have a similar issue, please advise a solution.
I think you might have been using a “global” reCAPTCHA key before? These aren’t allowed any more, go to here and enter all of the domains you want to use the key on.

And when you press one of the buttons, it goes on instead of pressing the “next” button

There is nothing built in to the plugin to do this so it would require custom development. It also sounds like you want to do multi-page forms, these aren’t yet possible either.

We have a Date element with a calendar Date picker available too.

It’s not built in to the user interface yet, but you can do it with custom coding. We have a guide here for creating a post after the form is submitted, in the function you can use add_post_meta to add custom fields.

I’m looking to do a booking form with per-person fields (input, select & file upload). The user can select say, “6 people”, and will see 6 lots of fields.

Hi,
It would be possible using conditional logic and Groups. You can choose to Show/hide Groups depending on the value from a Dropdown. So, you would have Groups 1 – 6 (eg) all with the corresponding number of fields inside. All hidden until a user chooses a value from the list.
That’s all we have just now. We will have a better solution for this in the future. However, as long as there is a limit to number of people the user can choose and there is not loads of fields inside each Group. Then this solution will work fine.

I think this form is great I just really wish there was a video showing the form using the conditional aspects indepth. I imported the example of conditional logic, I am a little confused it looks like there is nested groups in there I believe?
Yes there are nested groups, but some of the groups are just for layout purposes.
It might be simpler to make your own test form. Add a Dropdown Menu / Multiple Choice or Checkboxes field, and then add any other field, in the Settings -> Optional tab for the other field tick “Enable conditional logic” and set the rules below that.
If this is applied to a Group then it will show/hide everything inside it. I hope this helps a little, I’ll make a note to make a conditional logic video in the future.

Hi I am using in a multisite. when I am logged as an admin i can see and create the forms in each site and read the entries.
But, when I am logged in as a editor (for one of the sites), the form doesn’t show in the dashboard. how can i change this?
The reason is simple, i want to give the sub-site manager the ability to see the form without giving the ability to be an admin.

You can use a role management plugin such as Members. Give the Editor role the capability iphorm_view_entries (or others if needed).

Printing it from the admin. I haven’t been able to get it to forward to an outlook email.
Can you add this code to the file wp-content/themes/YOUR_THEME/functions.php on an empty line near other PHP code. It will add some CSS rules when printing the entry to improve the layout. You can also add your own CSS code to tweak it. Try printing in another browser too to see if it looks any better.
