I have a small question.My website is WP3.9+Strata themem.
When I use google Chrome/IE 10 to open the page with Real3D, first time it shows empty, however if I press F5 to refresh this page, then my book will show on the page.
Do you have idea why it not show on the first time ?

Just downloaded and activated this plug-in. Watched the tutorial video. Divided my PDF up into 14 separate 1-page .pdfs. Sizes of these pages range between 169kb and 67kb.
When I try to create the flipbook using “add pages from pdf” button, it freezes on “Adding page 1 / 1…”—and goes no further.
Why is this getting stuck? Am I doing something wrong?

You can create book from single pdf, you don’t need to split the pdf into 1 page pdfs. You can also convert the pdf into jpgs and create jpg flipbook.
yes; but the single, 14-page-long pdf didn’t upload either using the “adding pages” function.
is it possible the problem is that I’m using wordpress 4.0? that’s not listed among your compatible software versions…
You can use another method for pdf flipbook – option “pdf url”. Wordpress 4.0 is supported.

Please get the latest version 1.3.6 and use “Add pages from pdf” instead of “pdf url” option. It will generate the pages in the admin panel and speed up the loading of pages.

thanks for the Plugin – it works very well right out of the box. Ther is only one issue.
The currentPage / totalPages are positioned above the menu-line. There is also the shadow of flipbook-bg-light repeated in this block:

The error on your site is
Object doesn't support property or method 'addEventListener'
and it comes from the plugin script flipbook.min.js.
But the same plugin with same addEventListener method works in same IE11 without problems on my demo site pageflip.com.hr Not sure what is causing this, could be the doctype or some other setting that comes from outside the plugin. I will look into that further.

I fixed the issue on IE 11… In wordpress, change the meta tag in the header.php to this: <meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=edge;” />
This made my theme work with the plugin. You may want to add this to your documentation for future reference.

You have js scripts in “cache/minify/000000” not sure why but for plugin to work it should have all scripts in plugins/real3dflipbook/js folder because main plugin script is loading other modules that are required, and they are loaded by script name. You can unzip the plugin and upload the entire folder to wp-content/plugins via ftp, then all files should be in place.

you were right. thanks for your consideration on details. the problem was because of W3 Cache. So I had to disable JS Minify and it works like a charm. but the other problem is when I use the mouse wheel for zooming, it will freeze and none of the + and – buttons will work!
I may found the problem. it seams the pdf file was very large (dimensions and size). Thanks again

and I want them to load on the flipbook, will it load slow?
does it have the ability to load the first 10 pages first, and load the rest in the background? like what ISSUU does?

Just purchased Real3D Flip book and I am having problems uploading a PDF. I click on Add Pages from PDF and all I get is a Gray Screen with nothing on it. I have checked for browser errors and I don’t have any….
Any suggestions?
After clicking “add pages from PDF” it should open media library from where you select the pdf (or upload it first) Do you get any errors in the browser console?
I don’t get any errors in the browser console ( I checked previous posts for the same issue) .... all it does is pull up a Gray Blank Screen.
Are you still having issues with other plugins like Contact Form 7?

You can replace those pages manually by editing pdf image and page thumbnail. I will add option to change default color when the page is transparrent, now it is black by default.
Due to the large amount of flipbooks i am preparing, manually is not an option. Do you have any ETA on the the feature you mentioned released? Thanks

I purchased and trying to use a 68mb pdf with 148 pages and when selecting a file from “Add pages from pdf (select/upload PDF)” and selecting the pdf from the gallery, it says Adding pages from PDF… Adding page 1 / 10 … and then and then just hangs. That is strange because the pdf is converted to images and images are saved on the server so they should look the same in all browsers. Maybe you have other errors that are breaking the plugin. Can you send a link please so I can test? You can email me at my profila page.

After I create the 10th flipbook, I cannot create a new flipbook anymore.
I reinstalled the plugin with the latest version, but I still can’t….
And I cannot find the table object by the name of ‘flipbooks’ in our MySQL 5.0 database system.
No limit on our MySQL, but ‘flipbooks’ object is not created.
One strange thing is that flipbook’s information is stored in a table by the name of ‘wp_options’ instead of ‘flipbooks’.
I don’t know what happened to them.
Please check this and Please help me.
