Hi I´m using images to create the flipbook. Is there a function to display the first uploaded image as the first page, not the last? If not, maybe a plan in the future? Best Tom
First uploaded should be the first page. You can also click one by one to select in order.

I have a few magazine PDF’s to upload. Can you please tell me what is the file size limit and if it is possible to set up a demo for us?
It is possible to use large pdf files, there is no limit.
PS – is there a way to change table of content? LIke links, titles etc?
Just submitted an update that will enable to edit table of content for pdf flipbook. For jpg flipbook you can change title to each page.
PS, you should enable sections in your index. Cos some sections are more than 1 page. Like chapters, you know?

The flip book works fine in a desktop browser, but when viewing on an iPhone, the pages are very small in a huge background area. What settings can I adjust to have it look correct on an iPhone?

The plugin works great for the desktop view but not so on a mobile device.I have 2 sites, 1 for mobile and 1 for desktop. What setting should i change to get the display correct on mobile?

There is a link to the pdf below the flipbook so you can clearly see there is text in the original PDF.
Its very surprising to see text dissapear from a PDF. If there is one thing I would expect from a PDF plugin is that it displays PDFs as they are authored.
Not having received support on this issue I’ll use another solution, please send us a refund – I’m happy to troubleshoot some issues but this is not something that should cause a problem.
Sorry for the delay. Here are the solutions i can offer:
First solution : get the latest update 1.3.6 by redownloading the file and try to generate pdf flipbook with chrome or firefox Second solution: flatten the pdf (convert to outlines) Third solution: convert pdf to jpg-s with pdf2jpg.net and create jpg flipbook by uploading the jpg-s

Most images are left out in flip book when converting the PDF
I also created jpgs from the pdf then uploaded the images but this also never worked and even the flipbook did not appear

I’ve no answer to my post.
Like others users, i’ve some issue on Safari (Safari 7.1 on osx) The PDF flip book is working on firefox without error..
On Safari, flip the page doesn’t work sometime, some pages appears in grey..
I saw those errors on safari debug console.

In fact, There is some problem on IE and Chrome too (Some content disappear, sometimes only pictures appears on the page).. WebGL is activated for information.

i have a 28 page booklet which has a table of contents on the 2nd page so the numbers generated in the real 3d flipbook TOC don’t match the page numbers of the book, is there a way i can remove just those numbers? as at the moment i have

hello? here is the book so you can see what i mean, it’s kind of urgent, i am trying to figure it out but I’m no coder that’s for sure hence why i buy a plugin, i also need to get rid of the number hover as that doesn’t match the pages of the book either. Page 13 bugged with BLACK background. How can i do?

This is because some pages in the pdf are transparrent and the default background color is black. You can try to flatten the pdf or convert pdf to images with pdf2jpg.net

we made a new website under a development url and made some flipbooks.
Now the page is online and the url has changed. Unfortunately all the flipbooks are gone, there is no one left in the admin.
Do you know why?
Any idea? Where are the paths and files of the books saved? I didn’t find them in the dbase!

All flipbooks are saved in database in a single object “flipbooks”
Ok i’ve found the object and there is also alot of code inside, but the overview in flipbooks tells me “No Flipbooks found.” What can I do?

Okay, it took me a while to figure out that ‘show content on start’ refers to the table of contents, but now that I’ve got that I LOVE this plugin. I’ve only used it in lightbox mode, and notice that occasionally the image link doesn’t show up – even on pages where it worked previously. No guesses why, but I’d like to have a fallback text link. Does the linking only work as a class=”real3dflipbook-#”? Tough to enter that into wordpress.
