Just one question: Anyway to integrate a google maps search bar. I’m basically trying to have a search bar which is titled “Location” and when the user starts typing in a location, it will find it via google maps and fill out that field.

You can use the embed element to insert your custom code. You’d need a help of a developer to create some HTML and JS code to achieve what you need and then you can embed the code directly into the form.
Well I waited and waited for replies to my questions as well but there is something really strange going on. The developer was away on holiday then after several days without support we just get simple answers and then they disappear again.
I second joydeepsengupta!!!!!!!! If the plugin is abandoned and there are not going to be any updates then it is useless. There is already a serious issue with the plugin not saving more than 1-2 values at a time (for several users) unless using a vanilla wordpress installation. The only workarround is to use a localhost installation, create forms there and then export them from within the plugin and import them to your live site. It works but is not proper.
What is going on? Unless we start getting proper replies I am also filling a dispute with PayPal.
I am sorry but I can not wait any longer to express my disappointment and it’s a pity because the plugin is great and has so much potential.

Absolutely ridiculous support!!! I have posted my question on upgrade in comments(No reply), I went to support forum and asked the same question(No reply), I registered with iPanel Themes support forum and asked the same question and registered for a response notification, again NO RESPONSE!
I need a complete refund!! This plugin is useless and has security concerns if it can’t be updated. You have 24 hours to to reply else I am filing a dispute with PayPal and my bank. For those of you who are judging my words, please know that it’s almost a month that I am waiting for the support to given an answer to my question on upgrade.

I have switched to another form plugin and will need a complete refund for this one. I couldn’t wait for weeks to get a response. Not now, not in future releases. I had to face issues on a live site for 3 weeks. Do you know what that means for website traffic and reputation among audience? It had a profound impact on our efforts to build sales leads and the expenses in advertising went in vain.
I understand there might have been an unavoidable situation however, you must keep a back up resource for support. First, we buy the product and to get support we need to go through series of registrations and lead time. This is unacceptable.
Please proceed to refund the money, we will not use the plugin due to inadequate support and the impact of the same on our business. Let me know once done. Thanks!
It seems you guys have disappeared again. I am disputing the charge and will be reporting you to PayPal. The least you could have done is to apologize and return the money. This shows your incompetency and how neglected your clients are.. I will be filing a formal complaint with envanto and will proceed to litigation, if required. It’s not about the money, it’s about your attitude.

You are not using it right. You are adding multiple radio elements per option. Use only one radio element (Single Options) and add multiple options from the settings. See the video tutorials for more help.

It is some error with our showcase theme not with the plugin. Also do note that new designer themes are compatible only with IE 10 +. For older IE use other themes.
