I need for website (for foreign ministry) survery too. But it is possible to allow to answer only registered users and I need to put info wether user answered survey completed or not. Cuz I need to script another function for this info.
So:
- it is possible to answer survey only registered users
- can survey track who answered (only registered users) survey

It probably means the file size is too large for you to upload. Could you please upload via FTP? Another solution is to increase PHP upload_max_filesize to 32MB (although the plugin is about 11MB). You can talk to your webhost.
hey. googled how to do that.: Changed to “php 5.4 (single php.ini)” changed “upload_max_filesize from 10MB to 64MB” changed :max_uploadfile from 20 files to 200 files” still gives me the same error. How would I use file zilla? extract files from winrar then upload them to what directory?

I have created a form but for some reason when submitting the form it works perfectly when previewed on a lightbox window but when you click on the Submit button when you view the form on the live site, the form refreshes but doesn’t do anything!

Your theme is bringing jQuery UI from CDN http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.8/jquery-ui.min.js?ver=1.8 instead of using WP version of jQuery UI script on which this plugin relies. Also the greek character issue has long been solved. A newer version 2.4.0 is on queue and you can download and update to that.
Hi There, Installed the theme, attempted to preview a survey I created and this error keeps displaying:
Not Found
The requested URL /vocalpress/eforms/test-project/7/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
This is the same if I try to preview a template survey that came pre installed when installing this plugin.

Yes it is. You can even generate nice looking reports for the voting system/poll.
From my understanding you have to register through current wordpress registration fields first then this plugin will recognize the fields on future filling out forms.
Is there a way to hook the form to be 1. the primary registration form for creating an account? 2. the form to log in to woocommerce “my account” section?
